TKC landscaping

Horrible irresponsible company! Got a free estimate in late June and Price was decent so decided to sign contract. Reached out to the company multiple times since I didn't get the contract in email yet. After calling 4 times, finally got contract sent. We finally signed contract in mid July to fix our backyard and was told that the project will start in 3 weeks; which will be beginning of August. Beginning of August came, I never heard from them about when they will come and start the project. I called the company multiple times and was told the owner; chris; will cal me back directly to discuss our timeline multiple times. Never heard from him!!! Super frustratijg! Called back the company again multiple times and was told by the secretary that they are doing a big project in orange regional hospita and al the projects will be pushed back to possible late aug. Late aug came, no call or any apologies!! Was told it was going to start sep now. I can't stand this company anymore so I called and cancelled the project. They didn't bother communicating with us about the delays, only reason I found out was because I kept calling the company. Very irresponsible! Don't use this company

The main contractor was solid, though he was not always great about being on times for appointments and meetings. Our job got delayed a little because of the rain, but they fininshed in about 5 days. It took him almost 3 months to actually start the job and at the very end, he tried to nickel and dime us with some bogus fees. Some of the plants are in unstable condition. Overall, though, the landscaping does look good.

I would highly recommend them to anyone because they were very professional and thorough. The price was reasonable and the work was done in a great amount of time. They knew exactly what needed to be done and did it with no problems. Overall, I am impressed with the work this company does.
