T&R Landscaping

I called T&R for lawn care service and spoke to them on several occassions about thier services and about the costs. T&R accepted the job and I provided them with all of the information about the location along with my contact information to include telephone number and address. I was given a date of second week in August for T&R to do the job but they never showed up...I called them and they told me that they were not sure if I had given them the OK to do the job so they gave me another time that they would do the lawn and again they never showed up...they called me and told me that they had equipment problems and gave me another date that they were going to show up and they never came. I lost over three weeks with these people!

My initial meeting with him I "thought" was a start to a great business relationship. What impressed me the most was he was a young man trying to establish his landscaping business. I pre-maturely gave him an excellent review. I could of went with a reputable bigger company (which I should of) but decided to give him a try. The first few visit he came as promised. Several months later he became very unreliable. On several different occasions he committed to cutting his grass & was a No show ( Mind you after he began to cut my grass he picked up 3 of my neighbors lawns.) What troubled me was the day I was having my 1st bbq with family/friends he was a No Show. I called him the day before & the morning of the event to contact him via telephone days before & the day of & all of my calls went unanswered. Which left me with a lawn & backyard that looked unattended to once my guest arrived. HE never once pick up the phone to tell me he couldn't make it, which would have given me time to replace him. Nor a phone call to apologize for his inconsiderate behavior & unprofessional business. I would NEVER recommend him & I would definitely make sure that next year it will be a bigger & more reputable company. Although his price was reasonable he wasn't worth half of what was paid.

Everything is going well. They are reliable, exceptionally trustworthy, and very competitively priced.
