+ -1 moreVERY thorough and hard working. Jaime is punctual, flexible, easy to deal with. Staff are likable, hard-working and fast! They were eager to take on a range of maintenance tasks, we intend to use them as much as possible.

Description of Work: I called the provider twice and left a message asking to make an appointment. The second call, two days after the first, I asked if they would call me even if they could not do the service so that I would know they were not merely ignoring me. No response was given. This is not professional and I would never use or recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreQuality Maintenance Service are very good. They arrived on time, they cleaned thoroughly - and quickly - and I loved them. They cleaned about half of the house. They were very professional. They had all of their own equipment, I think I just had to provide the sweepers. They were very efficient and didn't need much in the way of direction: I just showed them what areas I wanted cleaned. My husband and I had to stay here in the house while they were doing it, so we moved away and they did their stuff - and did a great job.
Description of Work: Quality Maintenance Service cleaned about half of my house.
