They are good. They are understanding and concerned about the pets.

It is a very nice home they take him and I am assuming they treat him very well, but I am not there to watch. But, he always turns out clean and fresh. They are really good about the time, like they say, "Okay, we'll call you in tomorrow". They usually do. The staff environment is nice. They are good. Like I said, they are all very friendly, and it's not always the same people, but I guess it depends on them, I believe to.

They pretty much have things that I need. I have never had a problem; they are very good. I get in and out pretty fast; if one counter is busy, they open up another counter. Their pricing is pretty good; I don't think any place is better than them.

ggie was a rescue dog . She was not house broken or anything. . The trainer helped with all the little things. Maggie no w goes on walks on a leash. She usually comes when called and is generally a very good pet.

I love that petsmart calls to confirm my appointment the day before services. This time, they also wanted to know if an earier time was better for my schedule. Torie, Ashley and Donna have all been excellent in the past. We have been using petsmart grooming in middletown, ny for the past four years. All staff is loving towards animals and greets you with a smile at the door. They answer all of my questions and accomodate all of our needs for our dog. They provide an estimated time frame for hong long it will take, and offer to call you if done early. Upon pick up they let you know how their experience went and our dog looks great. Very happy with Middletown Petsmart staff.
