Mini King

I can't recommend Mini King Installations enough...they are fantastic! We found them through the EmPower program (NYSERDA) and they were so helpful in getting us the maximum rebates for our project. Addans was really thoughtful and clear in explaining the options and how the job would unfold. They did great work, finished in a few days, and cleaned up well after themselves. The Fujitsu units work so well and we are enjoying the warmth - I am confident the AC will be just as good when needed. We just received the first ConEd bill and our usage stayed the same (even though the temperature plunged this month). We used 40% less electricity than last January... Thanks Mini King!

Very professional, reasonably priced, very knowledgeable about the product. They did a split unit for our sun room and changed the overall system to heat-pump and did a great job.

My first impression â  This has got to be a scamâ  â ¦. Vinny reached out to me via telephone after I expressed interest in a mini split systems for my homeâ ¦ Scheduling a meeting within my home for a proper assessment was required. After about a day or two I had the pleasure of meeting Addans. Not only was Addans was on time for the initial meeting, he was very clear and precise about what the project would entail. He was able to answer all questions my finance and I had. After a brief deliberation, we decided to move forward with Mini King Installationâ ¦ I was very leery once I paid in full (Which after instant rebates my home qualified for made it almost impossible for me to walk away) However, Vinny stood in contact with me every step of the way. Down to the very second the delivery arrival at my home. At no time I felt like the company ran off with my money. Vinny expressed to me that the project would take about 3 days to complete. Day 1, I was greeted once again by Addans along with Neto ,(an associate of Addans,) Before they started working Addans expand to me once again what was going to happen, and the amount of time it would take. Given me a brief itinerary, Addans explain Day one would be drilling the holes ( In my case it would be 4) and hanging the air handlers. Day 2 would consist of the installation of the line set along with the piping that goes outside the house. Day 3 would be installation of condensers, and electric work. Neto (The associate ) Very humble guy. With English being his second language of choice and Portuguese being his primary, I was able to communicate with him when Addans wasnâ  t around via Google translate. Neto worked with extreme caution in regards to creating dust or debris within my home. Before drilling he made sure your furniture, fixtures, counter tops, etc were covered. After each hole was drilled, he would clean and vacuum the area leaving it as just it was from the start. On Day 2 Addans & Neto worked on the outside with running the lines down and along side of my house. One thing I extremely liked, Addans once again went over with me the plan before any drilling started, so that a clear understanding was achieved. Day 3 Addans and Neto hooked and installed the condensers up. The electrician was scheduled to come but had to reschedule for the next day Day 4, Electrician (rassheed) arrived at 8am on timeâ ¦ He was able to have units powered up and installed two disconnect boxes within 2 hrsâ ¦. Overall, I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND Mini King installations to anyone that wants affordable pricing, Professionalism, and High Quality work. Even down to the trouble shooting that occurred once units were hooked up, Addans made sure of an explanation of the cell phone application was understood before final goodbyesâ ¦

Great and beautiful work, fast, clean and good price

My experience with Miniking was great! The owner of the company, Vinny, reached out to me quickly after requesting a quote for a new condenser (to replace a broken one). We quickly scheduled a home visit for a review of the space and to take measurements. A day or two after the home visit I had a quote. The quote was perfect for me, especially when compared with quotes received by two other companies. Vinny found a way to get way more for what I was able to spend. Vinny and his installer, Addans communicated well, and made themselves available to answer any questions or concerns. The actual installation of a condenser and two additional head units in my home took two quick days. Addans and his colleague (whose name I don't have) did a great job with the installation. Addans walked me through the work after it was done and provided necessary documentation, for my future reference. The resulting work was perfect. I'm very pleased.

Very prompt, courteous and attentive to detail.

We had the Mini-split air conditioning system installed in several rooms in our house. Addans did an incredible job on the installation; his work was impeccable, neat, organized and the house was left in the same condition it was prior to the installation. Vinny was always available to answer any questions. Very efficient and helpful throughout. We are very pleased with the work.

Mini King was great. The admin person - Vinny- was super helpful and available. The installer - Addans- was kind, courteous and good at his job ! Overall very satisfied with the work they did.

I installed a Mitsubishi ductless AC /heat pump units in 7 rooms of my home with 2 condensers. Not a small job. Vinny and Addans were easily the most easy to work with contractors I have hired. Not only was the work top notch, professional neat and efficient, but they listened to my every need and adjusted my system requirements based on our many conversations. The team was very responsive to texts and phone calls usually within a few minutes. From the beginning of this project and after receiving 4 estimates, I felt comfortable going through with Structura. They are a small company, which I really like since they give personal service unmatched by the bigger companies. On other projects I have worked on in my home over the last 20 years, the contractor was always in a hurry to do the job without getting to know the property owner. As a high school teacher I respect the discussions and explanations Addan and his crew had with me about each aspect of the job. They also sought my and my wife Jean's opinions before each stop in regards to the location of the units. I enthusiastically endorse this company for your next project. I will absolutely be using them and recommending them to my family and friends. Great job and people!

I installed Ductless AC units in five rooms. Structura did an amazing job with this project. Vinny and Addans are te ultimate pros at what they do. They walked me through all the details of the project and had all mapped out in no time. The best thing about Structura is that they take care of everything: from electrical work to the final installation. I also had a few AC wall and window units that needed removal and they took care of that too. The work was done in only five few days. Structura uses top of the line equipment and accesories, and I am super happy with the look and performance of my ductless units. They also are very reasonably priced. If you need to install ductless mini splits, Structura is by far the best value for your money.
