One worker came out. He was very good at explaining things. In the past we’ve had them, I’ve been here 30 years. One of our friends recommended them when I first moved here. We have used them for different things.

Serviced my two separate central air conditioning systems. His technician, Hector, was on time, knowledgeable and personable. He found both of my outside A/C compressors cooling fins were plugged with dust and other debris from being outside year round. ( I haven't had them serviced in two years ). He showed the problem to me, thoroughly cleaned both and showed me how to better maintain them . He also found my attic unit's condensate drip pan was full due to clogging of the drain line. He fixed that, too. He observed the drain pan did not have a safety float switch to shut off the unit in case the drain line clogs again. He told me it is standard practice to equip systems with it. They will be coming back to install that. His finding the blocked drain line prevented my 2nd floor ceiling from being damaged when the drain pan eventually would fill up. He spent more time at my house than he expected I am sure due to what he found yet I was only charged for the price quoted on the phone, specifically $139 plus tax for each of the two systems. (Total bill with tax was $300 and change) Parts are extra but I had the media filters my systems use on have as they are not a common size. Buying them on line saved me the $75 each that most companies charge to furnish you with a replacement. Online the filters cos me $27 each. Hector didn't balk at using the filters I supplied him with. My new home is 3 years old, Larsons installed new systems in my old home and I never regretted using them. This time they serviced equipment installed by my builder and found problems and fixed them. I cannot recommend Larsons highly enough. I am retired and disabled and am no longer able to do the things I used to do myself. I will continue to be a Larsons customer as they delivered what they promised, and more.

From the first contact we made with Mr. Larson we knew he was a top level business professional. He was prompt with all his appointments and gave us by far the best estimate for what we needed done. His workers were polite and very competent and explained thoroughly what they were doing for us as the work went on. The unit is perfect and the installation went without a hitch even during a rainstorm Mr. Larson enlightened us as to which rebates we were entitled to (some other companies never even mentioned them) and even sent in the paperwork for us. Service just phenomenal and a homeowner couldn't go wrong using this company for their heating and cooling needs.

We called them but we never used them. We couldn't get to us in time so we needed someone to come for 24 hours.

They were on time and professional from beginning to the end. I was very pleased with Dan Larson and his company.

Went very well, I am completely satisfied with their work. When they came out to give me an estimate, they were the ONLY ones who actually calculated the square footage of my great room. (Which has an odd configuration, and many windows.) The size mini split they recommended was larger than the other 2 estimates, and their overall price was actually less. I have lived thru 2 summers of cooling now and could not be happier with these units effectiveness. Very very happy customer!!

Lou and Hector, two of Larson's ace technicians, showed up promptly at 9:00 a.m. for three days, Oct. 2nd, 3rd and 4th. They were professional, knowledgeable, hard working and an overall pleasure. They were also extremely neat and took great care while moving furniture and valuables. The price quoted was competitive and Dan Larson, the owner, came by daily to check the status of the job and chat about the progress and quality of the work. I highly recommend Larson Plumbing & Heating in Middletown, NY and I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

Dan Larson is a professional with outstanding interpersonal skills. Prompt, knowledgeable and patient are just some of the words I would use to describe him. His technicians, Tom and Hector, were wonderful. They worked diligently throughout the day and when they were done, explained the completed job, in detail, and patiently answered all of my questions. I was so satisfied with their service, that I have contracted with them to convert my hot air heat to hot water baseboard, which they are scheduled to do next month. I highly recommend them, their prices and quality of work were superb.

Excellent. We have a 9 year history with Larson's and our experience has always been very good. We purchased our system with them in 2004. Their price was reasonable, they are always responsive, show up as scheduled and their technicians are very professional. We have not had any major problems with the system, but have had a few service calls and those have all gone smoothly. Overall one of the best contractors we have worked with.

It went smooth, Dan handles everything.

Dan came over to the house, measured it, and then provided me with a very detailed estimate that listed the products with model numbers, etc so I could easily look the product and compare prices. The job took five days and the crew was always on time and they always cleaned up the job every day. Dan stopped over a week after the job was finished to make sure that everything was still going fine. He went over in detail how each unit work. Dan also dropped off a form that will allow me to get a $600 rebate on one of the units. I had four estimates done for the job and Dan was by far the most knowledgeable person that I met with. The other companies sent over salesman who couldn't even answer all of my questions about the units and who also kept asking me about my husband's involvement, which really made me angry! If you live in the Hudson Valley and need air conditioning, call and ask for Dan to come out and see you - you won't be disappointed!
