He was very personable on the phone and very professional. I would definitely hire them.

First meeting was great. Seemed personable and professional. Discussing the project he had a lot of good ideas. Was going to send quote and start work 3 days later. After the initial visit never heard back from him. Very unprofessional - if a contractor is not interested have the courtesy to call or email the customer.

They were very fast and efficient. The light fixtures look great but I feel a little overpriced. I would definitely recommend their service.

Hired HomePro Electric to install a transfer switch for a portable generator. Erik did a great job. Showed up on time. Did an excellent job and explained how to switch our electric panel from the grid to the generator really clearly. I will definitely hire him again for any future electrical work that I need.

Finding a competent and professional Electrician was important to us and we wanted to do our homework first before making a choice. We reached out to 3 Electricians with good ratings on Angie's List and Eric with Home Pro Electric was the first to respond to us and he was flexible to accommodate our schedule. We were only looking to get a free estimate for the work we needed done at first, but, as Eric was diagnosing the issues he started getting his hands dirty was able to quickly resolve the problems we were having with our outdoor lights, ceiling fan and switches. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Needless to say, we hired him on the spot. He was also respectful of our home and came in wearing booties as not to get our rugs dirty. His prices were also fair and quite reasonable. We will continue to utilize his services for additional electrical needs on our home. I am so relieved we have finally found an electrician we can trust and depend on and will gladly refer him to our friends!

Aside from being late, Erick did a good job. He answered any questions we had and was courteous and professional.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The provider never arrived and has not called to indicate why no one ever appeared. If this is how they take care of prospective customers, I would hate to see how they treat actual customers.

I needed to have my electrical code issues up to date for sale of my home. Time was an issue and explained the need for speedy resolution. They were great. So professional and understood my urgency. All my issues were resolved and their prices were reasonable. I only wish I called them earlier.
