Floyd takes pride in his workmanship and strives to and quot;do it right..and quot; He fixes problems rather than merely painting over them. He is very knowledgeable about the products he uses, and participates in seminars offered by paint manufacturers. He takes the time he needs to do the work properly. On some occasions, there were scheduling issues, resulting in his taking on jobs elsewhere and going from one job to another, thus prolonging our job and not allowing us to anticipate when he and his crew will show up.

Process began during June, 2014. Mr. Storm came the same day he was called and told be he would get back to me and quot;tomorrow with a quoteand quot;. A week later he called. I accepted the price and he told me he would be to my home by the end of the month. On August 07, 2014 he came by and told be he would be here on Monday (August 11, 2014). Not only did he not show up but not even a phone call. Today is August 18, 2014 (still, no word) and I texted him that his services were no longer required. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME on this guy.

Terrible. He did not do anything. He flat out robbed us . This man Floyd should be ashamed of him self.

I cannot speak more highly of Floyd's work, his responsiveness and his professionalism. This was not an easy job. I recently purchased my the preschool and it had not been painted professionally in countless years. The previous owner did a poor job of painting the classrooms herself. In addition, she used wallpaper border that proved extremely difficult to remove. Floyd did an amazing job. The classrooms look immaculate and incredible. In addition, his estimate was $400 below any other contractor. He is coming back next week to do some additional work for me. You absolutely cannot go wrong with choosing him as your contractor. He went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend him!

PREVIOUS HEAVY STORMS HAD CAUSED WATER DAMAGE TO THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM OF MY TENANT'S HOUSE. FLOYD CAME TO THE HOUSE WITH COLOR SAMPLES AND PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE ON THE FRIDAY. THE TENANT CHOSE HER OWN COLORS INCLUDING FOR THE TRIM. FLOYD COMPLETED THE WORK OVER THE WEEKEND. MY TENANT CAME HOME FROM WORK ON SUNDAY AND WAS SO EXCITED TO SEE HOW MUCH SHE LOVED IT! NOT TO MENTION HOW SHE COULDN'T BELEIVE HOW CLEAN HE HAD LEFT THE HOUSE - NO PAINT ON THE FLOOR AND BROOM CLEAN! IT WAS SUCH A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE - AND INCLUDED THE COST OF THE PAINT.

During the course of the job, Floyd went the extra mile pointing out problems that needed fixing in our cedar siding and, unbelievably, he actually fixed them at no extra cost. Whereas the other painters who gave us estimates only recommended that we stain the house, Floyd recommended that we first prime the house then apply a coat of solid color latex stain. At first this made little sense to me because the other painters did not say it was necessary, but Floyd explained there could negative reprecussions if I applied a latex based stain ontop of an oil based stain without first applying a primer. I investigated on my own and finally become satisified with Floyd's logic. Amazingly Floyd's estimate with a coat of primer and a coat of stain was lower than the painters who recommended only a coat of latex stain. Floyd takes great pride in his work and it is clear that he wants all of his customers to be repeat customers.

I wish that I had before and after photos of my property! I have a side by side 2 family home which I have owned for over 9 years. I have done nothing to the outside of the house in all of that time! Over the years the washed out grey color became more and more patchy and faded. It was the ugliest house on the street and became an increasing embarrassment to me. Floyd gave me a very competitive estimate and his work produced amazing results! Passing drivers would stop and ask for his business card - and all drivers would beep and give the thumbs up sign! He is reliable, professional and at all times pays attention to detail, going above and beyond, including installing missing gutters and fixing the warped wood on the deck. He accurately advised me with choosing the correct color, since it was hard for me to visualise the color over such a large area. The resulting blue color with white accents and a contrasting blue stain on the fence is so refreshing and practical . I now have pride of ownership and the tenants cannot thank me enough!.

I have a 3 story Victorian home - it needs a 40 ' ladder !- because of that a lot of contractors are inhibited by the task. Mr Storms work was excellent - he was reliable, punctual, professional and very detail oriented , pointing out things that I hadn't even noticed .The finished result was outstanding and completed as promised. He even fixed little things that were not his responsibility such as securing loose railings on my porch. I have received lots of compliments from my neighbors.I have interior painting that needs doing and shall not hesitate to use him again.
