Floor Coverings International

We hired Floor Coverings International to restain and carpet our new home. Mike and his teams made our vision come true and their expertise helped to guide us. They kept us informed every step of the way with picture updates, group texts etc. and made sure to check in before any new phase started. The work was completed on time, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how the floors and carpet turned out. We will absolutely be using them again for future projects!

Carpet salesman was courteous and flexible to schedule Appt. installation was scheduled right away, performed on time and expertly completed.

Mike came to our house with samples, then a few days later 2 gentlemen showed up to install our carpet.

Mike came to the house on time and with many samples ! options. Once we selected, the installers shower up on time, then quickly but thoroughly completed the install.

I have a one word answer. "Fantastic".

The company promptly waited on me, helping me make the best selection for my needs, ordered my carpeting after measuring and as soon as it came in, promptly installed.

The following is the exact review I sent to them. "Your laminate flooring is first rate and very natural looking. Your staff particularly Ron Alindogan (Salesman) are extremely professional. I will be contacting your company for blinds and carpeting whenever I deem them required. Thank you." It went extremely well. For your information: I had carpeting installed by Empire when I first moved into my house a little over three years ago and I would not use them again for free. After warning the installers to be careful not to cut my cable wires they did just that. It took a tech. from Time Warner half a day to repair all the damage they did. I was without television, computer and telephone service for two days. Luckily I have a cellphone. Ron arrived on time for free estimates and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Installer was professional and also arrived on time. He did a magnificent job on all the flooring. I knew what to expect in advance and all was great! Highly recommend this company for flooring of all kinds! Prices were very reasonable - lower than others.

Ron and his team were of great help in selecting the style and type of carpet and flooring for each room, the trim needed, placement and all aspects of the job. Communication was excellent. We are very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend them.
