Mike and Greg the owners were so hands-on and on top of my whole order they did the tile for three bathrooms my whole downstairs and beautiful hickory floors throughout my whole upstairs. Lisa my sales rep was wonderful to work with she knew her colors for her grouting and the tiles that she helped me pick out made it easier for me if you donâ t use them youâ re crazy they are wonderful.

This is the most dependable supplier in Middletown and the surrounding area. I have been using them for years and what they say they will do THEY WILL DO. Forget the big boxes... there is NO comparison. At completion, the job site was spotless. Well trained and experienced installers and sales people. Great selection, wonderful and caring customer service access to virtually all flooring and carpet. Highly recommended and great, honest people. I have known Denise for 30 something years. And they ALWAYS answer the phone. One small issue (not their fault) was resolved in 2 days. Job is perfect and beautiful.

We dealt with Lisa who has a very customer friendly personality. She was easy to speak with and respective to questions, opinions and returned phone calls in a timely manner. She was extremely helpful dealing with 4 different opinions of what colors and textures. From ordering to installation, she made herself available. We had a very pleasant experience working and speaking with everyone in this office. I would highly recommend their expertise and service.

I dealt with Ron and he made things so easy and clear and the companies expertise in matching the right wood floor to existing flooring was spot on!!! I am a 100% satisfied customer and would highly recommend this company.

The process of deciding on the installation of hardwood floors was lengthy. There are so many choices and Denise was extremely helpful. Due to my choice of flooring, I had to wait approximately 6 weeks for the product to arrive from Canada. The installation went smoothly although the wood sent to my home was short. Denise expedited the order for extra flooring and it was installed seamlessly. The workmanship was very good and the floors look beautiful. Would highly recommend this company! Beautiful job at a reasonable price.

A friend who had their floor done by this company recommended them to me. I made an appointment, the salesman came, sat own with me went over what I was looking to do, provided samples of floor tiles and gave me an estimated cost. I was vary happy with the price, the selection and set up a date for installation. Two installers arrived at my home, moved the kitchen table and began work, reinforcing the squeaky floor first and then begin tiling the floor. They did a fantastic job and i am so happy with the new floor which I would highly recommend this company to family and friends without hesitation.!

From the moment we walked into their showroom we knew we had come to the right place. We had a septic backup in our finished basement which destroyed carpeting and a floating floor. After spending some time with the owner and learning about different products we decided on Luxury Vinyl Flooring and we could not be happier! His knowledge and guidance proved to be the right decision. The install was in a timely manner with highly qualified installers. The new carpet on the high traffic steps are perfect. They worked with us and our insurance to find the appropriate carpet for our basement and for our level of traffic. The carpet is beautifully installed, and very comfortable for our toddlers to play on all the time.

I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International. I needed to buy a rug quickly and the salesperson was extremely helpful. I asked if they could install the carpet immediately and by that afternoon i received a phone call saying they could install the carpet the next day. The installer did a really good job. The carpet looks great!

Wonderful! We have had our whole house carpeted by them - 9 rooms, and were so thrilled that we just had a hardwood floor installed in our kitchen and laundry room by them. Their customer service cannot be beat. Mike, Greg and Ron are a pleasure to deal with. The jobs were done on time and a major help with our schedules. Billy was our hardwood floor installer and Jonathan did all our carpeting. They were great! Thanks again!!
