This was my second time using Exterior Pro Builders and once again they did not disappoint. The entire staff, from the office to the workers are very professional. I had some fascia ripped off from the wind and they responded quickly to my call. Billy was able to get me an estimate and arrange the work to be completed within a few days. Once completed everything looked great again

Marco and team were just AMAZING! professional, qualified, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Our family friend used them and gave us their name with high marks. WOW! is all we can say ! a team of 12 men and 6 trucks were in and out of our driveway within less than 2 days! 5000 sq ft job They use only good quality materials and they do quality work. We needed 10 skylight closed up - they came inside the house to frame the skylights - NO mess - NO fuss - just worked like clockwork. They notices bad plywood - they didn't just brush over anything - replaced what was needed with all quality products. Installed new skylights and framed those well. They also reinstalled heat tape . All at a competitive price. WOULD hire them again in a heartbeat! TOP NOTCH.

Marco brought an entire crew and got the work done quickly and to high standards. No short cuts. Quality materials and a quality job. They actually did a reroofing job for us and also a complete roof rebuild with fascia and gutters, plus roofing and siding on a small addition. Place looks brand new. Thank you!

This is the second time I had Exterior Pro replace a roof for me and the work, workers, supervisor and estimator, Billy, were all excellent. The price was the most reasonable that I found and the job was done within about a month of my acceptance. The crew finished each job in one day about 12 hours each. Please note both houses are near 100 years old and the second job had a three layer shingle tear off! They even fixed a metal awning on my garage that was nearly torn off by a wind storm AT NO CHARGE!! Thanks, Exterior Pro Builders!

The experience of working with EPB was excellent from start to finish. The company's representative, Michael K., patiently worked with my wife and I on design and color schemes, and then EPB displayed even more patience as the pandemic forced us to delay start plans. Once the job finally commenced, Marco and his crew worked efficiently - and masked - to produce a beautiful end result, making sure to clean up around our house each day of work. EPB is easily one of the best, most effective and reliable contractors I've ever worked with across four decades of homeownership. I could not recommend them more highly.

The staff at Exterior Pro Builders were a pleasure to deal with. Starting with Michael K who came out and assessed the storm damage to my roof and worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure I was made whole again. We set up a date for the new roof to be installed Marco and his crew arrived and did a total tear off and install of my new roof in ONE day. The crew was great and the clean up was amazing. Great job guys.

Cannot say enough about these guys. They started the job on a Friday as promised. They were ready to go at 7:00 AM and worked nonstop. By Monday the job was just about done, and I could not be happier. The attention to details were above expatiation, the clean up was impressive, and the completed project made our home look brand new. The neighbors have complemented us over and over again. It is a please to come home each day and see the updated exterior, with new gutters, the beautiful window and door trim that lightens up the exterior wonderfully. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. I was originally disappointed when the sales rep provided the wrong measurements for the materials I was expected to provide. This delayed the work for two months. However, the worker in charge--Marco--was able to find a lumber yard that would provide the correct materials, purchased them, and had them delivered to my home so I could paint them before he and his crew came to complete the job. They just completed the job, and WOW! They even touched-up the paint in several locations. This probably would have cost me double with another company.

Did the work i paid in full says extra work was done and tries to get me to sign a change of work order form and when i refuse and say i have a paid in full receipt he threatens to put a lein on my house for $300. I have 5 days to decide Mike K.XXX is a liar and a bully using gangster tactics and nobody should use this man or his company. Crooks!

We had several loose pieces of siding that need repair. The work was done in a timely manner and is very nice. It was above my expectations.

We had four large Velux S06 skylights installed into one room. There were no existing skylights, so the guys also had to cut holes through the roof. The results are professional, and we are very satisfied. The guys even agreed to re-install the sheetrock as an additional service, and the only thing that remains for us to do is spackling and painting. The price was also better than another quote we got before our decision. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The workers were prompt and worked diligently throughout the job. The job supervisor, Marco, kept me informed of issues during the work and was very helpful. My only complaint is that the office did not keep me posted about the schedule until I called them.They should have insured that the I was informed throughout the preliminary part of the job. Once the job started, it went quickly. The workers cleaned up very nicely.

Job was subcontracted out. Installer arrived without notice, office had no idea he was arriving either. Subcontractor unaware of agreed upon terms of install. Partially completed. No follow up or attempt by Exterior Pro Builders to correct the discrepancy. Invoice sent with charges for the incomplete work. Unexplained price hikes on the aluminum over the quoted price. The salesman took inaccurate measurements and made no attempt to ensure the job was completed as planned. Don't waste your time.
