Often when hiring folks to do work around the house you may experience good work but often lack in professionalism. Frank has impressed me beyond my expectations from the moment he gave me the quote, throughout the scheduling process and timeliness of completion .. I will definitely use Bergen again and have recommended him to all of my neighbors that have loved the changes to the home .. I also want to mention the ease to pay as a true professional he takes credit cards and checks. I find in this industry everyone wants cash . Frank & Julia did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend them.

I hired Frank and his team for a small outdoor patio installation. The guys did a great job completing the project in a single day, however there was a defect in one some of the material that wasn't evident until after the installation was complete. After some coordination, Frank personally returned to replace the defective material and worked solo for over an hour to make sure it was done correctly. The patio looks great and I will be working with Frank again on future projects.

I hired Bergin Property Management to build us an outdoor living space and the work exceeded our expectations. The pavers are beautiful and the work was completed ahead of schedule. Frank and his team were amazing to work with. We were so happy with the transformation of our patio, that we are scheduled to go into contract for another project. Overall Bergin Property Management did a fantastic job with the steps, walkway and border. It looks excellent, as everyone who have seen them has said, even strangers. I commend all the members of the Bergin crew, who were always professional and really worked hard through some tough conditions when it was freezing in January and February of 2022. The price of the was very fair and we'll worth every penny.

Frank came to my house we went over some ideas and what he thought I had some ideas but after listening to Frank and saw the big picture. Antonio and the crew began the work and there was nonstop activity it was a big project and I can say enough about the work they put in. Frank stayed involved with the whole process and this was not a rushed job. I had questions when they were working and they were happy that I asked question and explained things to me. I went from a huge concrete patio to a beautiful patio with pavers My neighbor came over when the job was done and she was in love with project. I have another project that I will be calling Bergin Property Management back in the spring.
