My project was replacement of an old walkway and screened-in patio. After the initial field visit, Bergin Property Management presented a couple of options in a detailed written estimate, which addressed all of my concerns. At contract signing, I knew exactly what I was getting, when, and at what price. The very skilled and professional crew showed up bright and early on the start-day and each day of the project. On day 4, I had a gorgeous new patio flowing into a beautiful new walkway! And the crew did a great job cleaning up after completion. The owner of Bergin Property Management communicated with me throughout the project and made a few field visits to be sure I was happy with the work. Bergin Property Management, the owner and the work crew, are a great team who transformed my backyard and added value to my home at a very reasonable price. The actual work done by Bergin Property Mgmt was to remove my concrete patio and replace it with a gorgeous paver patio. A 3-foot graden was also installed around the patio to add privacy and beauty. Frank Bergin, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to come up with various options, clearly explaining each. His crew was friendly and accommodating. More importantly, they were precise in their work and paid strict attention to detail. They did an spectacular job. Frank was in at the site each day to check on the progress of the work and seemed to have an excellent rapport with his workers. I could not have asked for better customer service. I now have neighbors all around me commenting on the gorgeous patio I have. I am pleased beyond words and would highly recommend Bergin Property Management to anyone.

I am super pleased with Bergin Properties work. We had a paver walkway with steps and Belgian block garden beds installed and we cannot stop looking at it. From start to finish, the process and customer service was great. The crew cleaned up and left everything neat while still on the job and communication lines were always open. From start to finish, we had a great experience with Bergin Property Management. They did outstanding job with our paver patio, retaining walls and landscaping. We have a new construction home and therefore it was a â blank canvasâ so the beauty of our new front and back landscaping and paver patio make a noticeable impression. The stonesâ colors we choose coordinate perfectly with the exterior. It was a pleasure of working with Frank the owner who kept us abreast of any delays with materials etc . This was one of my best experiences with a contractor ever and I have had a lot of home improvement experiences with home repair and remodeling projects. Frank Bergin , Owner of Bergin Property Management and his team were wonderful to work with! Frank is professional while also building a great working rapport with his clients. He is fair and very reasonable and his work is impeccable! He is great at getting back to you in a very timely manner from beginning through the completion of the entire project . Frank takes the time to go through all details and checks in with you throughout the project to make sure everything is on point and he is very approachable and readily available for any questions you may have throughout the project. Frank also reached out to me three weeks ahead of our agreed upon start time to advise me that he was ahead of schedule due to good weather and he was able to start my project and finish it in a very timely manner so that I am able to have my backyard patio and fire pit ready to go for the whole summer season. The team was extremely timely and meticulously neat with the whole project. I could not be happier with my beautiful new patio and fire pit.
