We are extremely thrilled with our new walkway and porch. It is very well crafted and looks absolutely beautiful, earning many compliments from our neighbors. The entire Bergin team was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, they were always on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day, even the rainy ones, getting the job done faster than we had expected. The price was fair and the quality excellent. We canâ t wait to have them spruce up our backyard with a new patio next summer!

Tim and Frank do a really great team work , very professionals, they are always available for any questions you may have. They did a very neat work on my back yard .... always on top of the project and reasonably with the price... definitely I will hire them again... in fact we are already planning my next project for next year .... this guys are the best of the best ..

I would highly recommend Bergin Property Management. Communication was excellent from the beginning with scheduling the initial in-home visit all the way through to the end of the job. All appointments were kept and the quote was provided in a timely manner (both of which are unusual these days in working with some contractors!) Their prices were fair and I felt no pressure to sign with them. All details of the job were explained to me and the finished work is beautiful and made the front of the house so much nicer. I will absolutely be calling them again for future projects.

We hired them to do a retaining wall. They were pleasant enough. So we trusted them . The they did was ok. Not great, and for the money we spent for this wall was not worth it. Almost had an argument with my one neighbor. Came home from work and found debris on my property line. Come to find out that they threw deris over on to my neighbor property. Its only been 2 years and the wall is leaning what a waste of money and time. Never again will I hire from home advisor. This is the second time we have been burned.

I simply cannot recommend Bergin Property Management enough. From start to finish, working with Frank, Tim, and their team was easily the best experience I have ever had working with any professional on my home. These guys did an amazing job with my spring clean up and replacing an old retaining wall that was falling apart with a beautiful brand new one. The retaining wall in particular was a big project and I was stressed out trying to find the right team for the job. It's safe to say my wife and I made the right call and we have zero regrets whatsoever. These guys are professional, friendly, and honest and working with them was an absolute pleasure. There was constant communication throughout the projects and I always knew when the team was coming by and when the job would be done. Not to mention, these guys did a phenomenal job!!! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work they did for us and we will now be using them going forward for all of our outdoor home needs! If you're considering Bergin Property Management, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent and reasonably priced!

I highly recommend Bergin Property Management. The project called for a retaining wall, water drainage and landscaping. They came at the project with options to accomplish our expected outcome. Once we selected the best plan of attack, it was off to get a permit and begin. The town briefly delayed the process. The team at Bergin made sure that we were well informed during this delay, not once leaving us to question where we were at. Once we were underway, they worked diligently to get the project completed and to our satisfaction along the way. The wall matches the property perfectly and the water drainage was addressed. When they did the final piece of the puzzle with the landscaping, we saw the whole thing come together. The end result was something to be proud of and certainly added to the value of my home. The communication was exceptional and truly what you would hope for. This is a great team and I thank them for a job well done. A+!

Bergin Property guys are very will educated in landscaping. They are fair with the cost of whatever you want done to you landscape. They will offer ideas on what they think will look best but will stay within your budget. Very professional and respectful. Clean up all after project is done. I am very happy about how my landscape come out Thanks to the guys of Bergin Property. I have more work to do for my yard and Bergin Properly are the only company I will be calling back to complete the rest of the work needed for my house. If there was 20 start to give Bergin Properly I would definitely give them 20 but since it s only 5 they get 5 stars ⭐️ from me. I will recommend them to all who need work on there landscaping.

The whole team was very reliable, respectful and professional. They even extended them selves with grooming the lawn which I truly appreciate so much I look so coward to having them come back to build my deck phase 2 . I highly recommend Bergin Property Management. Thanks guys

They were incredibly responsive and communicated frequently with me during the planning process, installation and post-installation. They completed the work, as promised, working through an intense rainstorm. I am very happy with their work.
