Description of Work: I have been dealing with Ed, one of the Owners of AStar Heating, along with most of the other great staff, From Kathy in service, to John and Scott the techs. for the past 4 years.Sorry if I missed some of you, been having to many senior moments of late. They installed an updated heating and cooling system when I purchased my home in 2009. Ed and the crew installed a new heat pump. I was having some diffuculties when it snowed in keeping the underside of the unit free from snow. Ed came up and suggested that we should move the unit to the side of my house, as well as raise it an additional 10 inches. Today the guys came up to do the job, when they where done, and I asked them what the Bill was they informend me that there was no charge, as the new placement was the appropriate spot. How many companies would provide that kind of service. Kudo's to all. I have been very pleased dealing with ASTAR They have been very reliable, they come when they say they will come, and do qulity work
