Description of Work: There was a leak in the air conditioning unit. Choice of whether it needed total replacement or not. Cleaned out drainage hose clog, waited 24 hrs. No need to replace yet - but it's coming because my unit is very old.

We did not use this company
Description of Work: $210 service charge just to have a technician come to the house. We have weak air flow through our A/C vents. To be fair, I did not stay on the phone long enough to find out if the service charge is applied to any work that ends up being done but that's a lot of money just to get somebody through the door. We will be using somebody else for this job.

Description of Work: My oil burner stopped working and my air conditioner was leaking anti-freeze. I called Astar and they sent Aaron Reid the sales consultant, who was very knowledgable helped me. I did not have all of the money but they installed the heater and fixed my air conditioner's coil. I paid in two parts without a problem. Aaron promised he would not let me be in a house without heat and hot water. They came promptly as promised. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone that has heating or air conditioning issues. Once again thank you Aaron and Astar.

Astar is a very good company. They are very professional and took care of all my questions. They were very clean and neat when completing the work and left everything in perfect shape. They do good work and back it up. They were great to deal with. I could have gotten a cheaper price but I got what I paid for. The service I got outweighed the price.
