The sales rep Jason was amazing very knowledgeable and didn’t try to push me on going with his company. He was very honest. Every one I had contact with from office staff to the installers were amazing. Bryan, Scott, Ron and Jim were amazing super respectful and professional. They answered all of my many questions very patiently. Very neat work and they cleaned up after finishing the installation. I would recommend Astar Heating 100%!!

Nice workmanship, professionally done, and generally happy with the service. The cost for this job was a bit high and though Astar tried to quell my concerns it still feels like there was a bit of gamesmanship going on. Recommend getting another quote before engaging, get a good feel of the market, which I didn't have time to do unfortunately.

I had kitchen facet that leaked, a bath tub and shower that was put together from different branded parts that wasn't working, and some other things. Joe and Carlos took care of everything! Joe and Carlos were great. They let me know what was going on and what needed to be done. Very polite and friendly and knew what they were doing.

Ha an issue with a gas leak one day before our 20 hour drive to Fl. The company sent someone out that day and they didn't charge an emergency fee. Chris, was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Definitely will go with Astar again.

They are good selling.... customer service very poor. Make sure you do some research before. Do not let the reviews fool you like happened to me. got ripped off with the price (20k) 3 mini splits unprofessionally installed ... if there is something I regret out of all the jobs done at my property, is just only that I hire this people
