I have found working with all the ASTAR team members a pleasure. They are professional, efficient, on time and straight forward in the work, communication and approach. You can find lower cost options, but with ASTAR we got what we paid for, the quality of work has been outstanding and we would look forward to working with them again in the future with regards to other products they offer.

we didnt use astar for our hot water heater but not only does the company have amazing options for energy efficient heating systems but we are also now looking at central air. our astar professional is just amazing, knows his stuff, and is very courteous and pleasant..

Showed up promptly and were so very courteous. We had bad weather outside dealing with slushy mud and water; the crew wiped there feet like 10 times continuously so as to not track it in our home. They are top notch in our book and we will recommend them to everyone.

The boiler installation was actually done as if it was a beautiful piece of artwork.They were very thorough.They even found a leak that was a mystery for over 13 years! Imagine that finding a problem I didn't even knew I had ! Well done by all those Invovled From Jeff who is obsesively Informed to Adam who made sure that it was placed exactly where I wanted it.and last but certainly not leastby a long shot Rob and Jr I am glad your training did not fail you!

They did a good, efficient jobon removing my old furnace, and installingthe new one. The job was completed as promised, in one day. They were neat, & cleaned up afterward.

Although Astar was not able to do my project, they called me immediately and explained that they only install what they sell and do not only install existing equipment. I felt the was very professional and reflects on how they do business.

We are very happy with our air conditioning system. We had complete confidence that the job would be done professionally. The installation crew was knowledgeable and explained all phases of the installation. We would not hesitate to recommend Astar to others (and I have many times already).
