AStar was hired to install a top-rated dishwasher. He did not bother to read the instructions and proceeded to gauge the dishwasher caps inside. After failing at that he noticed the bracket and installed that way. He did not know what the wires hanging below were, but installed it anyway saying it was Home Depot's problem. He shoved in the dishwasher and it is not flush with cabinets, I phoned the business and realized the wires were LIVE, so have to turn off all electricity. The manager said would stop by and instead sent two other workers who said they were glad it wasn't them who did it. Sal Taglarino, Manager said he would not report to insurance because it would raise their rates. He said they'd come back and patch floor with linoleum underneath the dishwasher or I could pay them again to complete the job. Take it or leave it. The worker left behind power tools which I returned, however company is not willing to make it right.

THIS IS NOT A COMPANY OF ITS WORD, THE PLUMMER CAME TO MY HOME ON THE 11-13-17 SET UP THE WHOLE PLAN FOR JOB, TOOK A DOWN PAYMENT, AND SAID THE PARTS WOULD BE BACK IN 2 DAYS THEY NEVER CALLED I HAD TO MAKE ALL CALLS ONLY ONE CALL CAME TO ME FROM THEM. THEIR ANSWERS WERE ALWAYS THE SAME, THE PARTS ARE NOT IN. I GAVE THE PLUMBER A DOWN PAYMENT OF 620.00, FOR PARTS, THEY DID NOT DELIVER, WHEN I CALLED THEM ON 11/27/2017, I SPOKEN TO CUSTOMER REP. SHE CLAIMED I DONT KNOW ANY THING ABOUT IT, YOU DID NOT TALK TO ME, I TOLD HER IT DOES'NT MAKE ANY DIFFERENT WHO I TALK TO IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY REPRESENT THE COMPANY. SHE BECAME VERY UPSET WITH ME AND SAID THAT I AM YEALLING AT HER, BECAUSE I AM ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE ,PLEASE, PLEASE, STAY AWAY FOR THIS COMPANY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD, IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0.00000001, I WOULD GIVE IT TO THEM. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER, AGAIN PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND GIVE THEM NO DOWN PAYMENT. P.S. FOR THE MONEY THEY CHARGED ME THEY SHOULD HAVE FEDERAL EXPRESSED THOSE PARTS OVERNITE. THE TOTAL AMOUNT I WAS CHARGED FOR A FAUCET AND LABOR WAS 1,620.00 .

Wow! If you want fast, efficient, professional, and meticulous work done in your home, this is the company to hire! No gimmicks, no fancy sales pitches. They are serious and they will answer any and all questions that you have about your project. We replaced our 30+ years-old heating system, and this company helped us select the appropriate updated high efficiency system. Their work is absolutely beautiful and everything functions so well. We had one minor service question and they responded right away. We're beyond thrilled to have hired them!

Friendly staff and crew, completed project within reasonable time and cost. I needed to replace two old and dead Central AC units and received quotes from multiple havac companies. Astar quote was in the middle but we were able to negotiate the cost down. The project was just completed and everything seems to be working fine. Time will tell how well Lennox Units work but I would recommend Astar to anyone looking to replace their heating or cooling systems based on my interactions with them and smoothness of installation.

My husband and I are BIG on good customer service, honesty and integrity when doing business with companies and we received all of the above with them. We really appreciated the confirmation call the day before they came AND the one they made the day of the scheduled service to inform us they were on their way and would arrive within a half hour. They gave us a window service time of 10-1pm. Another company we called could not give us a short window time frame, they told us we had to be available from 9-4pm; who has that kind of time to wait all day?!! We would recommend Astar without hesitation.
