Description of Work: Replaced outside wall, section of roof, section of shingles where water damage had occurred. Did an amazing job diagnosing the problem that no one else could find. They also did bathroom remodeling for us in Dec. of 3013...did a beautiful job. I can't recommend them enough. Larry Krolak is awesome!

THE KROLAK PROVIDED THIS AND MORE. DESIGN SERVICES AND SUGGESTIONS WERE TOP SHELF. THESE GUYS ARE OUR MIKE HOLMES. WE NEVER HAVE TO LOOK FOR A CONTRACTOR, WE ALREADY HAVE ONE!

+ 0 moreThe Krolak team was here everyday and punctual! Living in the home while construction is taking place can be difficult. However, the Krolak team made this two and a half month project very painless. The results are outstanding and we just love it!
Description of Work: Our home is a Cobblestone built cia 1847. Our project was a new kitchen and dinning room. With plans and drawings already inhand, several contractors were contacted for quotes, Krolak Construction was neither the cheapest or most expensive. Mr. Krolak understood our goals of blending the new in with the old and even suggested alternatives and design. Our experience with this contractor was nothing but stellar. For any future projects we have, I know that hunting for a contractor is not needed. Mr. Krolak is our Mike Holmes! A++++.

+ 0 moreOut of four bids for our kitchen project we chose Krolak Contracting. He was neither the least or most expensive bid. What sold us on our selection was the professionalism and services they provided. From deconstruction to completion took approximately two and a-half months. When we went to purchase cabinets and counter top they also have the capability to design and build which we were unaware of at that time. The craftsmanship is superb! Cost were below the big box people. There is no other contractor we ever need to look for; he's our guy!
Description of Work: Excellent experience with this contractor! We had a total new kitchen build in a 1840 circa home. They came in under budget with quality equal to none. Working with architectural drawings, changes were necessary to conform to the structure of the home. Their ideas and methods resulted in a project that we are VERY satisfied and proud of. For any future projects these are our guys!!!!
