+ -1 moreCalled last winter with no heat and they were here within hours. Very skilled and had the furnace cleaned and repaired very quickly. Ran well for the rest of the winter. Called recently to get an outdoor faucet repaired and had to wait a few weeks. It was not an emergency, so that was acceptable. Had a flood locally, so understandable delay. The individual who did the repairs was polite, careful to not damage my home (unlike previous workmen), and cleaned up the work area before leaving. Will use this business again as it was a good experience and quality work.

When the codes officer asked for a red cover to be placed on the boiler shut-off switch, instead of a black one, he installed it the next day. We passed inspection a day later. When the flood occurred he gave us repair/replacement estimates promptly. He will be doing all of our plumbing and heating work to get the house ready to move back into. East Hill Plumbing and Heating is a wonderful company to work with.
Description of Work: East Hill Plumbing and Heating installed a new boiler in my new home. They also installed a new electric hot water heater. Both appliances were energy star. They also did some other plumbing work in the house. They plumbed for a dishwasher, ice maker and extended the shower head for my tall husband. We live in Schoharie NY and took heavy damages from flooding. East hill will be refurbishing the new boiler (new electrical components and cleaning) and installing another hot water heater soon. They also drained my pipes and got the home ready for winter, since it is currently not live-in-able yet.
