This provider didn't work out as well as we had hoped. We had to contact this provider many times as to when he was gonna start our project , and he kept pushing the date further and further ahead . We thought his honesty in the beginning wasn't as what we thought ,nor his communication skills. We finally decided not to proceed with this provider any longer and ended our contract in Sept. He did However ordered us the pellet stove and the windows for our basement which is still packaged. and he did reimburse our down payment . That he did do . But sadly for us our basement is still unfinished and was hoping this winter we would be in better shape with heating costs . If Mr Perry was upfront from the beginning and said he was very busy and couldn't get to us until closer to fall that would've been one thing.

We asked three different painters to look at the house and give us estimates. E Perry Construction was the one we were most impressed with. Mr. Perry arrived punctually, took careful measurements, made several helpful suggestions and recommendations, and provided color chips. We decided on three colors - one for the body of the house, one for some accent areas and a different one for the deck. He got back to us with an estimate in a timely manner, with contract in hand, which we signed and gave him a deposit of one-third of the total amount, with the second third to be paid when he started the job. When the time came to start the painting, he and his crew arrived; worked diligently and were extremely accommodating. His goal from beginning to end was to make sure we were happy with the job. When the job was nearly completed, Mr. Perry inspected the house and made a list of details which he felt needed attention and then invited us to see if we found any items we felt needed attention. He found more than we did! When these were attended to, we had a final inspection, paid the outstanding balance (which included a very modest amount for replacing some underlayment, siding and some deck boards). The house was left in great condition and we were very happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend this company.
