+ -1 moreCould not have gone better.Jim called me with in 5 minutes of getting on Angies List the first nite, and was so professional. He came and gave me an estimate and showed samples. I very much appreciate his honesty. Ha came today 9/3 at 8PM as promised and installed the great looking blinds on 4 windows. Terrific!!

Description of Work: I have a mother in Manhattan , who has dementia and is under 24/7 care . I called Jimmy and stated my problem with cellular shades i was having. He said he would take a loom and see if he could fix it. He went over to the apartment in the city, accessed the situation , called me out if state to tell me what needed to be done, who I should call ( the original installers) , while he could fix it , he wanted me to follow up with original company because they should make it right , if not he would do the job. He did not charge me. THATS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE . I have and will continue to recommend his company to all my family and friends in NYC . And surrounding area , and you can bet that if I have an opportunity to use him in the future for something else I will. THANKS JIMMY Original company is going to repair everything at no cost to me because there was a lifetime warranty and you educating me to be able to communicate with them exactly what needs to be done was a huge help thank you what goes around comes around good fortune to you
