It was very good. They were thorough, they have the video cameras and the high powered motor jet thingy. They seemed thorough. It ended up being a more serious problem than what we thought. I would hire them again. They were very cordial and easy to work with.
Description of Work: They had to clear the storm drain on our street.

When you hear about contractor horror stories, this is the company they were referring to. Not only do they not honor contracts, but they are incompetent and untrustworthy. From the master plumber, Ed Kelly, to his workers, in particular Robbie, I would stay clear from this company. If you are considering giving them any business, take it from me and save yourself trouble. Go find another plumber. This is probably the bottom of the barrel.
