 + 0 moreExcellent, expedited approval came through, the work was done by Tuesday, a beautiful new boiler had been installed and the entire job was clean, effecient etc. Now, the next few days, we actually had quite a few issues with regulating heat and it was less than optimal. But Ed. was always on top of it and was very pro-active in making sure we completely get it sorted out and he did. We are extremely happy with his responsiveness, responsibility and he's a true professional. We would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: We live in a small brownstone coop and our Boiler broke exactly a week before Thanksgiving. After multiple attempts with some of the big Plumbers to even come to make an assessment let alone try to fix anything before Thanksgiving, we were recommended Eduardo by another Plumber. First off, They were able to come on the Saturday to make a full assessment and provide us with an estimate (The estimate was definitely in the ballpark of what i researched online.. and it came to less than half the estimates provided by the big companies, who also repeatedly insisted on a bigger boiler than what was needed). Additionally, they also promised speedy processing of the paperwork that needs to be filed with the city and actually get the work done before Thanksgiving.
