 + 0 moreThey came in and made a hole in the main stack and another company had to come and replaced the stack. The interaction was fine. They sent a young kid who didn't have experience. He used a snake that made a hole in our stack. They could send more qualified people, I felt like they didn't know what they were doing. They had us waiting. They told us it would take about two hours, but it took them six hours to come.
Description of Work: We used $49.95 Drain Service. They came in and cleaned our drain, but broke our main stack.

Description of Work: Had a sever clog in my tub, the guy came in and fixed it 123 quickly professionally cleaned up any mess that was made. I would recommend to anyone. Price is awesome

Description of Work: Scheduled appointment- I know I need extra cable to snake my sewer from previous experience (and never falls into the price advertised- I understand that and am not giving a poor review for that) and reserved specifically for the extra cable needed for my house when I made the appointment- they gave a window of 11:00am-2:00pm and said they would call 30 minutes prior. At 1:45pm I call them to get a status update - on hold and go through 3 people until someone with an attitude explains that they are running extremely behind and that none of the service men have the equipment I made the reservation for. That I can still have someone come at some point today but they will not have the equipment or I can reschedule.....................SO why was I waiting at my house????? Why did they make the appoinmtent????? Why are they wasting my time????? Why didnt they just call in the morning and say that none of the workmen with the right equipment showed up????? Because they are unproffessional and rude. Yes it is $49.95 for most things but if your time has any value or your agrivation of being treated poorly can be avaoided then why use them? I recommend you look elsewhere.

 + 1 moreI give them an A rating overall and the price after tax was like $65.00 bucks. Responsiveness was very good.
Description of Work: I used The Original 49.95 sewer service for some pluming work I needed done. I have been using them for a long time. The prices start at $49.95 and with tax and everything it was a little more. They were here a few months ago probably about 7 months ago.
