Great. 3 man crew came on time. Good quality workmanship, finished same day, new install looks solid, good looking materials including little things like high quality screws. Did a good job breaking up pre-existing concrete and leveling off the old wooden fence posts and carted away all the old junk as agreed same day. Supervisor of work crew different from the rep who gave the quote so a slight confusion in the beginning about whether carting would be same day or another day, but that was cleared up quickly and supervisor on site friendly, professional. Price not the lowest but competitive for this area. Crew worked hard taking only a short lunch break so they could finish same day. Definitely recommend.

Overall, they were good. The only problem we had is that we are in a town-home. We share a property line. We told them that he had to stay with that line. They moved it over because they wanted fresh holes. They went down into where the electrical wires are. The had to put in a filler piece and it fell out. It was never secure. They used a piece of pressure treated wood and put it in the ground. The took the filler post and just hammered it down. When they came back, the representative from the company said that he was going to have the piece replaced. The man that came out said it was how it was supposed to be done. I ended up taking a picture and sending it to another fencing company. I was getting no place with them. I mailed the picture to a local company. I think they contacted Reliable Fence because they came right out without a phone call or anything. The replaced it without that board and secured it in a different fashion. The quality of the fence besides that piece, was very good. They did a good job. I would have to think twice about using them again. I think their prices were average. I would have appreciated a phone call before they showed up at my door. They were polite and not disrespectful. I didn't like that they didn't respond to my problem.

They didn t show up and then yelled at my wife when they finally did come. We canceled everything with them because they were rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to other people or use them again. They are not reliable and I was not impressed at all.
