Ripped out the old system and installed a new one the same day. The crew was courteous and professional. I was actually able to negotiate the price with them. I highly recommend this company.

The AC was installed in 2021 replacing an existing AC. It worked well for two seasons but I n the beginning of this season 2024, I had problems. Although the technicians that came were nice, they did nothing to fix the problem until Christian who worked tirelessly. In the future I will only ask for him. The reason for the rating is because their customer service is very good, however, I went nearly the entire summer with an AC that was malfunctioning because the first two techs could not find any problem. Also, I find their repairs costly. An example is that I paid to be in a program where they inspect electrical plumbing and hvac. No recommendation was less than $500. In fact my son used them to replace two hoses in the kitchen. Starting price for anything seems to be $500 even if they are there for 30 minutes. The choice is yours. very good customers service, nice but mediocre techs (except for Christian) and costly repairs.

Just try them. One time .if good a dnd honestly worked, keep them for future help .

Service tech very nice and helpful

I got to know your company through a friend. Your service is great. The technicians pay attention to small details when they come to our door. They are very kind. We don't speak English, but the technicians are very patient and use language software to communicate with us. Some time ago, I also introduced my friend to your company.

They came very quickly. Let us know when and who would arrive. Work was done clean They let us know what was wrong with internal pictures of the system .

I was hesitant to call this company because I didn't have a great experience a very long time ago, but today was a stark contrast to my prior experience. They offered a hot water heater inspection and flush for $59+tax. The scheduling over the phone was convenient and flexible and employees very accommodating and understanding. There were several reminders over the phone and via text. The best part was the technician Henry. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained step-by-step what he was doing and why he was doing it. He didn't recommend anything unnecessary, but inspected our hot water heater, flushed it, and showed how the expansion tank needs to be replaced. He gave us a quote and we plan on having it done in the near future. I typically don't write reviews and when I do it's when something wasn't right. I would highly recommend Henry from NH Ross and plan on requesting him in the future!!!
