+ -1 moreOne of the very easy things is they always let you know when they are here. They always let you know when they are coming to spray because we have a small child in the house and we have a dog. With all the spraying outside, you can't let them out for at least a half and hour from what they do. They always give plenty of notification. If we are here they let us know by knocking on the door and ringing the bell. If we are not here it is okay and they let us know by leaving a note. I have a note today that they didn't find any termites, everything is looking good and they checked all of the stations. They are good about letting you know what's going on and that the service has been informed and certainly that the pets and the children are taken care of. They are very nice people as well.
Description of Work: We last used All Purpose Tree Spraying today.

+ -1 moreHIS PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS PROMPT AND FRIENDLY. THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS, AND REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF. I HAVE NEVER FOUND THEM TO BE ANYTHING BUT NICE.
