+ -1 moreAccent gave us a lowball estimate. As we wanted the extras, the price kept increasing but many companies do that. In all, our price was probably fair. The quality was good and they were punctual and reliable so we were pretty satisfied. We would use them again if we needed them in the future because they did decent work for us.
Description of Work: Accent installed new hardwood flooring in a large room in my home. They also went through the home, which is about 2000 square feet I guess and refinished the existing hardwood floors. It was more than a $10,000 job.

Description of Work: This happened some years ago but I still wouldn't use these people. Material was top notch. Installation was a major problem. It took them a year to get my problem rectified. I made the mistake of taking the General Managers word that the work would be finished to my satisfaction when I paid him in full. He didn't say it would take a year though.

+ -1 moreACCENT HARDWOOD FLOORING HAD A VERY NICE SELECTION OF FLOORS TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY REALLY HELPED ME GET NICE FLOORS FOR THE MONEY I HAD. THE WORKERS WERE VERY NEAT, AND CLEANED UP ANY MESS THAT WERE MADE.
