+ -1 moreWe have had a good experience every time he came out to do a repair. He explains the issue & answers any questions that we have. Very friendly & honest. We were referred by a friend years ago. We will call him again.

+ -1 moreBob has been our appliance repair man for about 14 years now. Most of the time, he is quick to respond to a call- unless he is extremely busy. there is a $45 service call, but that is pretty standard nowadays. He took the old motor away for scrap metal, and cleaned up the lint underneath the dryer that had accumulated. Very friendly, honest in his business dealings.
Description of Work: Bob came the same day that I called.... I called in morning, and he was here late in the afternoon.. He advised me what to do regarding our 15 yr old, very faithful and dependable Sears Kenmore dryer. In the past, he has replaced a belt on the dryer, replaced a heating unit, and just has replaced the motor. He told me what a new dryer would cost vs replacing old motor- also stated that finding a motor was fairly easy, and that it was a common part he carried in stock- so that was wonderful- no waiting for a part to come, make another appt for service after its arrival, etc.
