RJ's Gutter Cleaning

HAD SENT EMAIL ON A SATURDAY PM. ACTUALLY GOT BACK SAME EVENING. CALLED NEXT DAY AND SET APPT. CAME TO HOUSE AND PROVIDED ESTIMATE. HE CAME SEVERAL DAYS LATTER AND PERFORMED ALL WORK. HE INSTALLED GUTTER GUARDS ON SEVERAL GUTTERS THAT COLLECTED LEAVES. THIS WAS DONE ON A REASONABLE BASES. HE DOES NOT LIST GUTTER GUARD INSTALATION BUT THIS IS ONE OF HIS SERVICES. THE OWNER IS VERY NICE AND A GOOD BUSINESS PERSON. WHEN JOB WAS DONE HE CHARGED ME LESS BECAUSE HE DID NOT PUT THE LEAF GUARD ON ONE GUTTER BECAUSE HE FELT IT WAS NOT NEEDED.

Went very well.No more clogged gutters overflowing.There was a little drip from one of the seams on the end.I called and they came immeadiatly and took care of it.They also reedirected a gutter so that the water flowed away from my stone patio.They went that extra yard which was very appreciated.

On time, thorough and friendly. Cleaned up after. I will hire them again.

I called and left a message, and the call was returned immediately. We set up an appointment for 8/18 and the owner called me back five minutes later with a price. They came and cleaned the gutters when I wasn't home, and left a bill. I called back to remind him of the Angie's List coupon, and he promptly and graciously revised the bill. On 8/25, I received a call thanking me for my prompt payment and asking if I wanted to see a picture of my gutters. What I haven't yet mentioned is that my gutters hadn't been cleaned for 10 years! He texted me a photo that looked like deck boxes growing very healthy plants & trees! We both laughed about it. I will call him in the spring to powerwash my house and I know I"ll have him clean my gutters in the NEAR future. RJ's Gutter Cleaning was a pleasure to deal with!!!

Called the provider for routine gutter cleaning. Called me back very quickly. Was very nice over the phone and very accommodating in terms of scheduling. Told me I didn't even have to be home and we scheduled a date in the next two days. When he arrived he called me informing me that our gutters were way beyond the scope of a routine cleaning and that additional time and labor would be involved. He sounded extremely apologetic even though the condition of our gutters was frankly no fault of his - and quoted an increased price that was still very reasonable. I really liked his manner and the way he operated - many service providers quote you a low price and automatically give you the spiel about needing more $$ and so on. When I came home, all of the gutter refuse was neatly bagged and all of the old damaged screens which he removed were left in a nice pile which I disposed of. Gutters look very clean and seem to be functioning well now. Highly recommend them. Will definitely call on them again for future services.

First time using them. Were recommended by the company that put gutters on the house. They arrived even earlier than expected because they knew I had to be somewhere later in the day. They were personable, professional and did a great job on the gutters. They also helped me clear away cobwebs on my front door landing. The price was certainly reasonable. I will surely use their services again.

He quoted a price over the phone that was reasonable so we arranged for a service date. When he got to the house, he said he had to increase the price because of the size of the house. The final price was reasonable but more than what we were expecting to pay. My only criticism is that he should have come to look at the house before quoting a price. He did an excellent job on the gutters and did the right thing by us and we will have him come back again.

I called RJ at 10:00am this morning and left a message. He called back at 10:20am, gave me a price over the phone and was at my house at 12:00pm! He was extremely nice, professional and did a great job. He was done in a hour. I couldn't believe how great and fast the service was. I called 4 other places and haven't even recieved a phone call back from them yet.

They were on time,Did a thorough job cleaning gutters that had not been cleaned in years. I also had them come to clean/power wash my house.We have cedar shingles and they did a great job. Thank you.

They came as scheduled, and did an excellent job. The deck had never looked so clean after the power wash! The downspout extensions were nicely repaired at no extra charge. Upon completing the job, they also cleaned the gates for the backyard. By the time they leave, the front and back of the house looked great and the gates looked brand new again. They were very thorough and professional. Richard was very fair on the price, and he also gave me good advice, too. We are very satisfied with his work. Highly recommended!

Perfect quality of work, communication and customer service. Do not call anyone else, and do not even think doing it yourself. It is not worth the risk. Highly recommended.

Came on time and started off with job. These guys are very dedicated to the job.

From start to finish very professional, neat and clean. He not only cleaned out the gutters, but he also took the hose and washed them out. They made sure all the gutters were nailed in properly and the leaders and down spots as well. I will use him every time I need the gutters cleaned in the future.

He returned my call promptly; checked the house on Google maps and give me an estimate right away. When doing the work contracted for, they found an additional hole in one gutter and repaired it at no additional cost. About a week after the job, we had heavy rains in the area, and he called me up to make sure the gutters were working OK. Customer service does not get any better than that !

It was wonderful! All jobs should go like this one. Explained everything to me in a clear and precise way. He was punctual, very, very fair on the price. I will be emailing out to all my friends about him. Don't call anyone else.....he is the man to do the job

Excellent. The owner returned my call immediately and ce the next day. They cleaned the gutters quickly and efficiently while not leaving a trace of themselves behind. They were fairly priced and I plan on using them once a year.

We are new homeownes and needed our gutters cleaned. They were probably never cleaned prior to this. Rich and his son cleaned out our gutters, which took probably 4 times longer than any of their other cleaning jobs. At the end of the job, Rich did not try to increase the price and was still extremely friendly. I will definitely use him in the future.

Richard did great work and I am a very FUSSY customer. He explained everything to me and gave me free advice too. He was on time and they cleaned up afterwards. PERFECT !!!

I made appt for a gutter cleaning by phone lats week for a cleaning on Dec 4. The cleaning was done as scheduled.Gutters are now completely free of leaves and debris and I am ready for winter. I have used RJ several times and have never been disappointed. They come when they say they will come and do the job professionally.

Arrived at the time he said. Went to the roof and removed the debris from the clogged gutter. Removed the leader and cleared clogged debris. Check the other gutters and removed a birds nest. Cleaned up the debris and hosed down the siding. Nice guy reasonable and would definitely recommend.

I'm pleased with the job. Rich was on time and called when the job was complete. He made sure the water in the gutters was running freely before completing the job. Cleaned up all debris before leaving.

I found Rich from RJ's Gutter Cleaning through Angies List. Everything went very well. I called about 6:00 PM expecting to leave a message for return call the next day. Rich called me back with 2 hours and set up the job for the first appt the next day. He came on time and did the job quickly and clean. All I could ask.
