Contacted RJ's and spoke to Richard who provided an estimate within an hour of first contact. Thought price was good and he had guys already in my area so he was able to complete the job on the same day. Richard made it very easy, will be using them again...

Positive experience from start to finish. Response to my initial inquiry regarding cost estimate and scheduling was prompt and professional. Two man crew arrived on time and worked efficiently and carefully, taking pride in their work and showing respect for my property. Very satisfied with final results and would not hesitate to use this company again for any services that they provide. Reasonably and competitively priced as well. Highly recommend!

I called RJ's for a pressure washing quote and the office was very helpful. They supplied me with a very reasonable quote and they were able to schedule me within a few days. The two men arrived to the job site promptly and were very friendly. They did a very thorough job and my house looked like new when they were done! Would definitely recommend RJ's.

This is the third time we've used them. We used them first last fall after we bought our home and they did a much needed gutter cleaning and then they came again at the end of the fall to do another gutter cleaning. They were very professional and did a great job. Worth every dollar.

The work was done very quickly (their last job of the day and they wanted to finish). I kept up with them to ensure that every gutter was done (other firms have "skipped" the gutters in the past). The assistant who did all the work made sure that the most clogged gutters were flushed thoroughly. They provided estimates for future work and I will be calling them to schedule it.

Two men arrived at 8:00 am. They got busy setting up to clean the gutters and cleaned them throughly. They removed the debris. Next they washed the house. They removed all dirt and mildew/mold. The house looks brand new again. Thank you so much.

Left a message on their voicemail, was given a call back later that day as well as a quote and set up an a.m. appointment for 2 days later. Richard showed up when he was supposed to, and work was completed in about an hour and a half. To be honest, I think he under charged me given the state of my gutters, but he stuck to his quote which I appreciated. I had to give him another call due to an issue my mom discovered in the last thunderstorm, but he called me back promptly and offered to come out the next morning as he was going to be in the area anyway. Found the problem my mom was talking about and fixed it for free even though it was something we should have taken care of ourselves. Seemed like a super nice standup guy who was truly concerned about making his customers happy. I am very satisfied with his services and highly, highly recommend his company to anyone thinking about getting their gutters cleaned.

This is a great company. Communication from start to finish was excellent, as was response time. Richard was honest, professional, his crew trained and efficient. They arrived on schedule, completed the job in less than 20 minutes, and cleaned up nicely. They had all the right equipment and the four workers operated as a well-oiled machine. For years, working alone, this job took me around 4hrs each time. What a treat, and money well spent! I will use this company again in the fall, and beyond. I am always amazed and relieved when a company does what they say they will do, at the agreed upon price. Superb!!!

The service provider was very responsive to my questions and scheduling restrictions. Job was done well and they cleaned up when they were done.

At a busy time of year for gutter cleaning, they worked unusually hard to fit us in, scheduling service for Christmas Eve. My only complaint was that when they couldn't make it on Dec. 24, they didn't call us (they should have). I emailed them, and they arranged to come on the 26th instead. The job itself went well. They removed the previous owner's poorly installed gutter guards, which weren't doing the job, without charge. I would use them again, but next time I'll schedule a little further in advance, especially in November/December.

Everyone I spoke to about getting the gutters cleaned on our newly purchased house said I was crazy since we were still in the middle of leaf season and it would be a waste of money. I'm glad I stuck with my instinct and got RJ's Gutter to come out and clean the gutters. There was so much build up of "mud" from roof gravel runoff that it could have caused a problem with our gutters. The gentleman who came was friendly, professional and more importantly did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters and making sure the plastic extenders for the spouts were securely attached and properly placed. I will definitely be calling them when its time to do our next gutter cleaning.

Called them yesterday to see when they would come this year to do the cleaning. They called me back and said they would be here today and asked me to please leave a hose bib turned on outside so they could flush the gutters and make sure all were good for the winter. They showed up this morning while I was out and cleaned the gutters and left me a bill in the mailbox. Great folks to do business with!
