RJ's Gutter Cleaning

Fantastic Job! Rich arrived ahead of schedule and took his time to ensure the job was done right. I also have gutter screens which made the job more difficult than normal. In fact, some of the screens had to be removed to get to debris that were clogging the gutter and then reattached, which was not part of the original estimate. When I offered to pay extra for additional work, Rich insisted that I pay the original price. That truly impressed me as it showed his professionalism and commitment to customer service. He also cleaned the area well when the job was done even rinsed off my car that was parked close to the house. I would definitely hire again!

Took half day off to get my gutters cleaned. Got a confirmation call in morning that they would be arriving at noon then got a call that they were stuck at a job. So my gutters are not cleaned and I lost half days pay. Not professional since instead of apologizing they wanted me to understand that they got tied up.

The entire experience was excellent, from the time I called to get the work done to the completion of the job. I was amazed how they were able to get the mold off my roof. My house, fence, deck, pavers, patio, and garage all look like new. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing exterior home cleaning and maintenance.

Wanted to give a better rating but worker /owner had bad attitude. They did nice work but if you contact them for an estimate do not let them give you one over the phone by looking at a picture of your house on the computer. They misjudged the job by not being old school and coming to the house with a pad and pencil and looking a the job with their own two eyes. Worker Anthony was polite and worked hard but when another young man showed up to help he seemed annoyed at something.It was later while talking to him that found out he was owner and he told me he it was the worst underestimated job he has done. Why should the homeowner get the attitude for his mistake?? I can do without the attitude. Will get someone else next time.They need to give actual estimate in person at jobsite. Anyway , was going to hire to do new gutters but went with a competitor.

It was very easy to secure an appointment and the company came when promised. The gentleman who came to clean the gutters was very pleasant, professional and did a thorough job. He cleaned up after himself and took all the debris with him. I would definitely hire this company again to service my gutters without hesitation.

Exceptionally well. I had been contracting with another provider for a number of years. When the process presented some"bumps" on more than one occasion, I decided to try someone new. RJ gutter service personnel came to my home. Did an exceptional job. Respected me and my home. I signed a contract with them immediately.

Service was provided by Anthony and Ivan,they arrived on time, went right to work, and were very diligent with respect to my property, and cleaning up, any debris that resulted,from the service.

We had moved into our house and didn't know how bad the gutters would be. Wow, they needed a ton of cleaning out, and RJs did an amazing job, going above and beyond until they were like new. They were on time and were a great price, and customer service was great too. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

They were very good. They came on time. They did a good job. Their punctuality stood out to me. They seemed to know what they were doing. I'm going to use them. I called them and they are supposed to come on the 25th.

Both Anthony and Jason were amazing. They cleaned the gutters and inspected them as well. They advised me that my dry wells were clogged and that I should call the plumbers to clean them. Very professional.

Now this is the best part, yes the clean up was excellent, but I also have a leak that was coming from the top of my house into my business office, when the work was done and the ladders were put back on the truck, I mentioned about the leak I was having, well I forgot the fella's name he tells me I think I may no what the problem is, he takes the ladder off the truck and goes back on top of my 2 family roof with his cell phone and takes a picture of what is causing this problem, I could not believe what I saw, remember these are not roof fixes but he did not have to do it and I am grateful that he did.. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!

They were amazing. They were absolutely perfect. I've already recommended the company to others. They were courteous, on time, honest and kind. My interaction with them was perfect. They were professional and friendly. The work was perfect. They're someone who you'll put in your file to have work for you. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Team was composed of Anthony and a helper, they showed up on time, I added the side concrete walk, and front walk to the original job, got an immediate estimate, and agreed to the price. They did a great job, moved all the patio furniture out of the way and replaced it when finished, driveway looks great, thoroughly satisfied. I also used RJ's to clean my gutters, which in spite of being "cleaned" by another company two years ago, consistently continued to overflow, over the back dining room window, giving a waterfall affect, attractive but annoying. Also we had a problem with water overflowing from the gutter, onto the front stairs, great during the winter,especially when it turns to ice. Did a great job, will use them again.

I called to get an estimate for gutter to be cleaned. I received a call back with an estimate and options of avail time to get the work done. Service provider was prompt very friendly and efficient. I stayed outside while the work was being done and he spoke to me thru-out the job telling me what he noticed while up on the roof. Once off the roof cleaned work area and gave advice of intervals to have gutters cleaned moving forward. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family for work. They are more than Dynamically priced in comparison to other company's advertising same services.

The workers spent almost an entire day on what was a dirty and difficult job. They were courteous and hard working, and were responsive to our requests to have things done in particular ways. The house and the deck looked great after the work was done. There were a few minor issues that we discovered after they had left: there were some hard to remove stains left on the deck and the metal railings on the deck fencing were left with a thin coating of dirt. Rich, an owner, called later that day to check on our satisfaction with the work. When we mentioned these small problems he immediately offered to return to fix everything, and a few days later, he and James (his son and co-owner) did just that. The deck and railing were left as clean as could be. Ww would would have been more than satisfied with this response to an already good job, but discovered that Rich and James had cleaned all of our deck chairs, and a wood swing, without any additional charge! This was an considerable act of good will. We had already planned to use this company again for gutter cleaning and pressure washing, but are even more satisfied and comfortable with their motivation and concern for customer satisfaction.

from initial contact to performance of the work, it proved a very easy and affordable experience. Seems my gutters were severely blocked, in spite of the fact had another service cleaned them two years ago. Informed me that one small gutter had two nests in them with chicks, which we didn't touch, and will take care of when I have them back to power wash the house in the fall. Will use again and will recommend, price was very reasonable.
