I had a 3rd story walk up studio condo to sell that I knew needed to be staged so that potential buyers could see the how to use the space. Monique staged the place beautifully. The pics she took to show me her work were so nice we used them in our listing. The first day we had a full price offer and within a week two more full price offers were received.
