They were very rude to us. We are the neighbors, and some of the workers parked their cars in a way that other vehicles cannot get through. The bus passes through our street, and for the past few weeks, it could not get through and we had to wait around 10 minutes for someone to come out and move the car. Once, they told us that they did not care. Do not use Prochilo. They are very rude and unprofessional.

Pete did work for me 10 years ago and 2 years ago. I am a person who appreciates professionalism and Pete was always 2 steps ahead like a chess master. I have recommended him 2 4 other people that have all thanked me for the referral. Rare in this day and age to have someone young have such an old world ethic.

All was excellent. Prochilo is certainly not the cheapest, but fair prices relative to others. And they are busy, so may not be able to get them right away. But they are professional, and I prefer to deal with them than the many contractors I have come across over the years.

Prochilo Construction was dependable. They came whenever we had some minor issues with the house like minor lighting and minor leak. They were a recommendation from someone else and then we went with them. We had very little issues. They were pretty timely, pretty efficient and since it's been finished, they had come back and done whatever they had to do.
