He has always been completely professional, reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend both Robert and his team.

They installed some outdoor cameras, but there were many issues. They had to ask for ladders to use to complete the work. There were cameras already there before, so there wasn't a lot of work that needed to be done. I had them install some cameras and then one of them stopped working, when I called to ask them to come and fix it, I have had to leave multiple messages and there is still no call back. Also, they make it quite clear that they will only come out weather permitted, they never made any attempt to come out and see if there was a fix that could be made internally. Their fees are high, they are not reasonable.

He put alarms throughout both apartments. His prices were a little high and the monitoring is high. The reason I chose him was because he was the only one that would put in an alarm for natural gas. The alarm system included natural gas, as well as fire, smoke, breaking glass and things like that. I had no complaints. Other companies were a lot cheaper but they didn't include the natural gas alarm. He is hard to get hold of if I have a complaint but eventually I am able to get him. I have to go through his answering service. He doesn't always seem to be as responsive.

Robert (company president) and the "two Mikes" (installers) were excellent to work with from start to finish. Their bid was competitive, the quality of their work excellent, and all communications were straightforward, honest, considerate, and prompt. They had to work around our school schedule, clearing out during dismissal time, waiting to get into classrooms until the students had left, etc. They did all with good grace. The system works great, was put in neatly, and we could not be more pleased.

I HAVE HAD THEM ABOUT THREE MONTHS. I HAVE NOT HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SERVICE. I CHECKED AROUND DIFFERENT ALARM SERVICE COMPANIES AND THIS WAS THE BEST PRICED AND QUALITY THAT I FOUND. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY FALSE ALARMS AS OF YET.

ON THE SAFE SIDE DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH MY ALARM SYSTEM. I AM CONNECTED TO EVERYBODY. I BURNT SOME TOAST LAST WEEK AND THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS HERE WITHIN A FEW MINUTES.

WE HAD OUR ALARM SYSTEM INSTALLED BY THIS COMPANY AND STARTED OUR SERVICE. THIS COMPANY HAD GREAT EMPLOYEES THAT ARE VERY RESPECTFUL AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
