Description of Work: Built a new Upstairs deck (PVC/Pressure treated lumber)with staircase and downstairs screen room with windows. This was a complicated project in that the upstairs deck was adjacent to a patio room with both structures sitting on top of a downstairs screen room. Everything had to be engineered to ensure water run-off from the deck was properly diverted away from all structures. Additionally a curb was built as a base structure of the screen room to protect from outside water infiltration. Joe Latona and his team did a great job,making suggestions along the way to ensure we were happy with all aspects of the job....from materials to final painting.
