+ -1 moreThis was 7 or 8 days ago and I still haven't heard from them.
Description of Work: I asked them about repair on a Dell Latitude computer. Explained that I thought the problem might lie with the power source and arranged for an estimate to determine whether or not it should be replaced.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THE GUY THAT CAME OUT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL IN MY HOME. THEY DIDN'T DAMAGE ANYTHING, EITHER.
Description of Work: MY INTERNET WASN'T WORKING SO THEY CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT. THEY HAD TO INSTALL A NEW JACK IN MY COMPUTER.

+ -1 moreMY OPINION OF THIS COMPUTER COMPANY IS EXCELLENT. THE SERVICE TECHS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THEIR FIELD OF WORK. WHEN I NEED SOMEONE TO WORK ON MY SYSTEM, THEY ARE HERE 24/7.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE MEMORY IN MY COMPUTER & WORKED ON THE HARD DRIVE.
