Assured Heat Corp

We had an awful experience. Whoever the company sent was violent and aggressive. His first words were to threaten to kick my two toy sized dogs that were no threat to him at all. He had no sense of professionalism and had an emotional and violent tone with me. I simply asked him not to speak to me that way I understand that the dogs are frustrating because they bark a lot but would never and have never bit anyone but I will be sure to get them out the way. He just became more frustrated began to kick toward my dogs and cursed at me and my family. He did not seem like he was in the right state of mind and I wish I got his name. He’s an older White Male, wears glasses, and long white hair long enough to cover the back of his neck.
