Description of Work: Ralph is a very friendly and knowledgeable repairman. He was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator over the phone with a few questions. He ordered the part and made an appointment to fix it the day after it came in. Very satisfied and would use him again without hesitation.

 + -1 moreIt went very well! No other repair person in the area would even come to look at it - he was able to get one side of the oven functional on the first visit and gave me a 10-15 day estimate on the parts - he called when they cam in and finished the job!
Description of Work: Ralph came out and diagnosed the problem w/a Viking Professional range. He took apart practically the whole thing to get to the source of the problem. He fixed what he had parts for & others needed to be ordered to complete the repairs.

 + -1 moreI called on Friday. Someone got back to me on Sunday and he was at my house on Monday. Nice guy. Price high and non negotiable. He said it was a two hour job and he was done in an hour and I still had to pay $459. So far my refrigerator works fine.
