Project dragged on for over a month and a half. There were many consecutive days 4-5 where no work was done. This was supposed to be a 2-3 week project. Each deadline promised to have specific work finished was missed. Stated in estimate the same number of cabinets were to be installed as the ones removed. This was changed by the contractor without approval and fewer cabinets were installed. The sink was to be installed in the same location and was assured this would be the case. The pre-remodel layout had a cabinet and counter top to the left of the sink. In the remodelled kitchen the sink was moved left and the cabinet that was to the left of the sink removed from the layout. This was changed by the contractor without approval. The response was that these are now standard cabinets available. That is true for cabinet that you can pick up in stock at Home Depot. However Home Depot does carry other cabinet designs, but these have to be ordered. Contractor did not want to order, because he said it would slow the project down, yet the work progressed so slowly that cabinets could have been ordered with plenty of time. There was no attempt to contain any dust from the tear out or when the drywall was being finished. The entire first floor, kitchen, pantry, dinning room, living room, alcove and back porch were covered in dust. It took over a week to get the final invoices and credits straighten out and the correct dollar amount settled. The final dollar amount had to be adjust down due to missing credits. There were several conversations where the contractor became overly vocal, condescending, and rude. Project is finally done I would never use this company again.
