They did a good job. They were very clear about what they were going to do. They did what they said they were going to do at the price they said they were going to do it for. They also worked at the church and at our pastor’s house they took care of some mice. Northeast Pest Control solved the skunk and mice problem.

My daughter had actually recommended them to me. I liked the technician who came in. He was very knowledgable. They were very responsive. They were able to get out within a day. They did a good job with following up.

They were very professional. They went in, found his problem right away and they were able to treat it. They took care of the problem and fixed it. He was very happy with the results and also how professional and punctual they were. I had used them once to have some bees removed and they were very good too. Their price depends on the size of the project that they are doing. My son spent around $400 for everything. They are very honest. Whatever they tell one on the money, they are right there.

The price we were quoted was outrageous, over $8,000 to solve the problem! The man who came out also tried scare tactics since I have two young children in my home. He actually tried to convince me that if a bat died in the attic and fluid seeped through the ceiling that my children could contract rabies. This is not true and I had it on authority from the Saratoga County disease control that the rabies virus is similar to other viruses like HIV in that it cannot survive outside of a living body for more than a few minutes. Only immediate and direct contact with saliva or blood will foster transmission of the virus. When I explained that to him he told me he had been in this business a long time and acted as if he knew better than the scientists who study it. His ignorance factored in with his insane price made me sure that I would never call Northeast Pest Control again. We hired another contractor who took care of our problem for $1400 and we haven't seen another bat or mouse since.

They set traps for the squirrels and will come back every day for 10 days. Then we asked for an estimate to get rid of some bats. The estimate was very high we thought.

Once we realized that we had mice in our crawlspace, we began setting a Hav-A-Heart trap. After we caught 31 mice - one by one - over a couple of weeks and knew that there were probably more, we decided to call in the professionals. Northeast was very responsive, sending out a rep within a week. The rep set traps in both our basement/garage and in the crawlspace. They used snap traps as well as bait packs. The bait packs were distributed in our crawlspace since some areas are pretty inaccessible. The initial cost for this visit was about $250. They came back once a week for 3 visits to check the traps at a cost of $45 per visit. They actually only removed about 5 mice. I guess we had done a pretty good job of getting most of them. We were concerned about the mice who visited the bait packs dying and decomposing, but we never smelled anything. Whew... The reps were very professional and punctual. Except for the cost (approximately $80 per mouse caught...), we were very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to contact them again if necessary.

They are a national company that advertises locally. They are occasionally on T. V. It is very expensive and this is so much a better alternative. There are two branches of Northeast. They have two different phone numbers. I’m sure it’s connected, it’s like two brothers. They are locally owned and operated. We are in tri-city area with three cities close by. Sometimes companies will have a phone number in each. They may have only one office that they run out off but they may have a different phone number just to appeal to people, so that people think it is local. I want people in the Albany area to know that there is this alternative than going to one of the large companies. My experience with Northeast Pest Control is very positive. I would surely use their services again in the future.

I was not happy with their work. I had an ant and wasp problem. They did that on time and treated everything. When they did the wasps, they just sprayed it from down on the ground and nobody took the wasp?s nest out. A month later, I still had ants and no wasps, so they came out and took care of it. Two weeks after that, the wasps were back and I called them and they told me that they would charge me around $150 for it. I called another company and they took care of it. Their initial response was fine but I was not happy with the fact that after 30 days they told me that I had to pay for it, considering they had not taken out the nest.

Very professional both the person giving the quote and and exterminator. I hate ants in the house and since Northeast pest control was out to do their thing there has not been a single one in our house. I opted for the 1 year contract so that they can come back before it snows and when spring comes to reapply. Also, if there are any ants or spiders in the house during that time they will come as needed. Pest removal and treatment is expensive no matter what company you use. I just wanted to use a local company. Also, we have 3 cats and a 1 year old daughter and there is no problem with the chemicals they used.

See above. We were told that they would have to "trap" for two weeks. After waiting for more than one month for them to come back to cap and screen, someone finally showed up and said they could not do the job and we should never have been told that they could. Meanwhile, we had paid in full and the owner has so far refused to give us back our money.

I paid them to remove my wasps, yellow jackets, and hornets that I had all around my property. The yellow jackets were gone after the first treatment, the wasps and/or hornets that were residing in my soffit and siding however remained a problem after several treatments. They never attempted to remove the nests and I was never here when the treatments were applied so I am unsure how thorough the process was. I was very unsatisfied with the service and switched to another company who removed the problem the first time they came and the problem remained gone.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT I AM PAYING A LOT OF MONEY FOR THEIR SERVICE. IF CARPENTER ANTS DESTROY MY HOUSE THEY WILL ONLY PAY ME THE MONEY BACK THAT I PAID THEM. I THOUGHT I HAD A WARRANTY BUT I REALLY DIDN'T. THE PERSON WHO I TALK TO THE MOST IS VERY NICE. HE HAS A GOOD ATTITUDE. I THINK IT IS A LOT A MONEY, BUT IF I SEE ANTS THEY WILL COME BACK WHEN I CALL. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WHEN I CALL IS PRETTY GOOD.

LIKE I SAID, EVERYTHING'S DEAD SO THAT'S GOOD. I FELT THAT THEIR PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH BUT THEY WILL COME BACK FOR SUBSEQUENT TREATMENTS IF NECESSARY. I'M NOT A BIG FAN OF THE SPECIFIC TECHNICIAN THEY SEND OVER BUT I DON'T THINK HE SHOULD BE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ENTIRE COMPANY.

THEY COULD COME RIGHT AWAY. WE JUST NEEDED IT DONE FAST BECAUSE THE BEES WERE STARTING TO COME IN THE HOUSE AND THEY WERE THERE RIGHT AWAY. I THINK THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY AFTER I CALLED. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRICE BECAUSE I WASN'T SURE HOW MUCH SOMETHING LIKE THAT WOULD BE. I WAS PLEASED IT WASN'T MORE THAN THAT.
