We obtained three estimates and selected Seth and his company due to a combination of expected quality, price, and reviews of prior work we've seen. We had a specific timeline under which to get this done and they made it happen. The materials were placed on a rush order, the guys were done with the actual job in 2 days and the countertop was installed 5 days later. The installers were polite and really good at what they do. They addressed my concerns as they worked and during the final QA and sink/countertop install. The salesman who came to give us the estimate did not try to pressure us to make a deal the same day and get a better price. The price we were given was the final price and it was competitive. Seth came after we signed the contract and took all the measurements himself, including a second time after our decision to install a new cabinet under which a microwave would go. He also helped us finalize the choice of countertop design and hardware. Everyone who has seen our kitchen before and after is impressed. And we love it. One of the big positives is that Seth stands behind the work his company does. We've needed some adjustments in the months after the work was done and have always heard back from Seth with the issues addressed. Remodeling a kitchen is a big investment where one expects high quality work that will last for years to come and it's nice to have found a contractor that believes the same. In the picture, backsplash, floor, wallpaper removal and painting were done by other providers.

Seth was a pleasure to work with, and his guys were extremely good as well. They were prompt, professional, and really knew what they were doing. It's clear that this is a top-notch company that takes pride in their work. I have already given their name to several neighbors who are thinking about having their kitchens updated. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I should note that I first consulted with Home Depot to do this job, but the price they gave me was higher, and they did not have the same range of materials available to give me the counter top I wanted (surprising, right?) I'm so glad that I came to Angie's List and found this company. Best decision I made in this whole renovation process. I am so happy with my new kitchen!

Mr. Shaw came and gave a good estimate and was extremely helpful with the choices that were made. He was very professional and not pushy in any way. In fact he was instrumental in the decision making process. Maurice and Brian the gentlemen that did the work arrived in a timely fashion and worked very quietly and left little if any mess and they answered any questions or concerns I had. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the job from start to finish.

Mr. Shaw came to my home with a pleasant professional manner to give me an estimate, "expert in his trade". He helped me with pick out the cabinet material and made suggestions for the counter top. I was only thinking about having the cabinets refaced, Mr. Shaw left the option to replace the counter top and replace the double sink for a single sink at a later date, no pressure from him. That is when I decided to complete the look and go for all three, I am glad I did my kitechen looks brand new. The plumber I was trying to hire to do the pipe reconstruction was giving me the run around, every question I asked Mr. Shaw he graciously answered . The level of professionalism of his company presents a breath of fresh air. Everything was done according to plan and on time, which surpassed my expectations. Installation was done with care and very little clean up on my part. I highly recommend U.S. Cabinet Refacing, Inc to any and everyone. One important thing I forgot to mention, this company is one of the few who refaces metal cabinets.

These guys were great from start to finish. They said the job would be done in a weeks time and it was. Very nice guys were in and out of my house with no disruptions. They were neat and cleaned up after the job! Well done highly recommend them.

They were on time. Very professional, clean and neat. I didn't even have to watch them. I felt very comfortable with them in my house. All of the work that they did looks beautiful. The cabinets look like brand new cabinets, not something that had been refaced.

I found them on Angie's List. We haven't completed the project. I just called him to find out when he is going to be actually coming to do the renovation. Seth is the owner of the company. He was very professional. He gave us a reasonable quote. We hired them. Now we just have to see how the work comes out. He came on time. He called us; I had a follow-up meeting with him also. I signed a contract with him now. I gave him money already, so now it is on his end whether he follows through or not. The quote was around $9500. Based on limited experience right now, I would use them again in the future. It depends on how the product comes out. I don’t know whether that's final. The big bulk of the work is supposed to be completed this month.

Our new kitchen is absolutely beautiful, one would never know it was a refacing job. It looks like the kitchen was done from scratch.it only took 2 days to complete (once the doors were in) the men did a beautiful job and were very nice to work with. I would recommend U S cabinet & refacing without a question. We love our new kitchen.

They were pretty good. Overall, they did a nice job. They were very polite.

We selected Seth based on price, reviews and offerings. We honestly interviewed four other competitors who were all pushy to "sign today" and had very structured pricing vs Seth who looked at the job as a whole and gave one honest price. I give a hands down A for price and materials available for selection within that price. Once the kitchen was measured we waited about 6 weeks for the cabinets to come in. This was about 2 weeks more then the estimated time frame however. During the 6 week wait we did call a few times to check in on status. Our calls often went unreturned for 24-48 hours which did add some frustration. The Job was done in two consecutive days. The scheduling of the job was not very flexible so we had to take time off from work to be home unless we wanted to wait another 2 weeks. We were not prepped as to how much dust and mess would be created. This caught us off gaurd on the first day and left a very large dust-clean-up job. The second day we ended up covering everything The workers did indeed clean up the immediate area of the kitchen but the dust made it's way throughout the house. Again, more of an expectation setting issue then anything else. The workers were nice and obviously knew what they were doing. At the end of the job the workers notified me that one of the cabinet doors was too large. Thus the job was not complete. They ordered a new set of doors which took another 3 weeks to come in. When it did come in, those too were not the right size. They admitted to measuring wrong the first time, the second time they blamed it on the manufacturer. in Either case, I dont care where the slip up occured, I wanted a solution. Another 2 weeks went by and out kitchen was finally complete after 11 weeks from time we signed a contract. Not cool. Throughout the re-ordering of correct sized doors, we had communication issues and added frustration. It was not a happy process. Measure twice cut once didnt seem to work out. Even the workers were upset at the situation (they are the installers, not the ones to measure). We asked Seth for a makegood - we we're given a non-complete kitchen and were not happy. He wasnt happy that we even asked for some sort of makegood. It was not a pleasant exchange but we were upset with how things unfolded. At the end, Seth made the right call and provided a suitable makegood. However, he let us know he wasn't happy about it mentioning how his families wealth fare was on the line (food on his families table) which we thought was very unprofessional and unfair. None of this was our fault. If there was no measuring issue everyone would be able to eat - including us - in our new kitchen - within the promised time frame (vs waiting for two rounds of cabinet doors). To be clear, in the end Seth made the right call. Their product was right, their price was right, their installers were great. It was an unfortunate set of mishaps that lead us down a not so fun road which I will assume is not common.

Seth was professional and had good suggestions and very high quality materials. The cabinets came out beautiful as did the handles. They use a terrific granite company who did a great job. I love the new countertops.

My wife and I are very happy with the job that US Cabinet Refaceing performed on our kitchen. We feel that our 20 year old kitchen is brand new again. It has a totally new look. The materials used and the workmanship were excellent. The crew was professional and and performed the job in just a few days. The price that Seth gave us beat other estimates we got. I would highly recomend US Cabinet Refacing to everyone.

Estimate was reasonable Started late, but did a quality job and completed job looked great. Had one small follow-up issue and they resolved it easily and without fuss.

I had to delay start of work twice - once until installation of new floor was completed and second because of a death in the family. U.S. Cabinet was very understanding of both delays and adjusted their schedule to meet my needs. When it came time to start the work, they showed up on time, completed the work on schedule. Staff were very professional and adhered to all requirements imposed by co-op board. I have already recommended them to a co-worker planning a kitchen renovation.

They came and brought some choices of new cabinets if I was interested in changing. The faulty cabinets were not their problem, it was the company that made them and they went out of business.

Once the kitchen was complete, we were very happy. It was a little upsetting waiting for the counter top to come in. We were without a kitchen for 6 weeks. We would recommend the counter top be ordered and available before you take the kitchen out of commission.

We've had a very good experience with Seth and his crew. We are still happy with the product nearly 5 months after installation in April. The installation of the drawer pulls had to be put off because we hadn't found pulls that we really liked by the time the actual cabinet installation was finished (time delay was not due to Seth or his crew). It took us about two months to find drawer pulls that we liked. We contacted Seth and he assured us that he would come back to put the final touches on our cabinets - align and install the drawer pulls. Seth's crew returned yesterday, 8/30/12, to complete the installation of drawer pulls. My realtor later suggested adding an extra strip of laminate between the end of the base cabinets and stove, a request that Seth's crew was able to satisfy very nicely. We have given them the highest grades because they were true to their word, because of the high quality of their work, their professionalism, and completeness. All crews were amazingly polite. We appreciate their attention to detail and desire to please their customer, even if it takes a bit longer during their busy summer season. We heartily recommend them!

Seth is a dream to work with. He was knowledgeable, articulate and helpful. I would very much have liked to hired him but for unforseen circumstances I had to put this job on hold. When I am ready to proceed my first and only all will be to Seth.

They did a great job and we were very happy with everything that they did. There was a slight problem with the work but they came back immediately to address it. We were very satisfied with the results and the professionalism of the employees. We would definitely recommend them.

They gave us a delivery date but the cabinet facings and countertop were available sooner than expected. It took them about 3 days to do the refacing, and one day to do the countertop. Everything went extremely smoothly. There was a small issue at the end, but they fixed it promptly.

This is our second experience with U.S. Cabinet Refacing. They originally did work in our residence & we were happy with the result. Seth worked with us on the cost since we could only afford a limited amount of money. The men were as professional as we remembered and they cleaned up when they were done. The work came out beautifully. Definitely a company I would recommend.

My experience with U.S. Cabinet Refacing, Inc Company went very well. The workers were on time. They were courteous. The quality of work done was good. They came back and fixed the items in a week. They were very fast. Their prices were reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

We felt that they charged a fair price and we did a bit of research on it. They gave us an estimate of when they were going to start and they started on time. They were also very prompt in terms of coming to do the work. They were a pleasure to have around. They were clean and cleaned up afterwards. I would give them a high recommendation and I have no hesitancy at all. I thought that their price was reasonable. When it comes to their quality, it's nothing to do with their work, but it's my own preferences. They were responsive to what we needed. Their punctuality was good and I was quite happy.
