From the start to the completion of the project, all went very smoothly. I found Seth to be responsive to all my concerns. The installers were very professional. They were very detailed oriented and very hard working. I was amazed by how nicely the cabinets came out. I couldn’t be more satisfied. The quality of the cabinet doors and the new cabinets they installed seem much better than what I previously had. I am hoping that they will hold up and if for some reason there should be issues, they will be satisfactorily addressed. I have no reason to believe that they wouldn’t. Sales person was very knowledgeable and not pushy, explained all details of refacing and our options. We liked proposal, signed contract at the same day . Next week owner Seth did measurements, offered large choice of new cabinet handles and in 5 weeks we got a call that everything is ready for installation (new cabinet with countertop including). Within 3 days 2 skilled workers completed the job. They covered entire kitchen with plastic, so dust from the kitchen was minimal in the rest of the house. They replaced for us new door shelves that we purchased separately. Everything looks now gorgeous and fresh. Our old kitchen is 33 years old. Now it looks brand new. We replaced all old shelves, drawers, doors, hardware. Refacing is the way when you want to save on hassle of replacing entire kitchen. Much faster, cheaper and easier to survive those installations. Thank you very much to Seth and crew.

Everything went according to schedule. The crew was professional and neat. Any questions were answered promptly. I'm very happy with my new kitchen! We now have to do the backsplash.

Seth and his workers did an excellent job! They were so neat and perfectionist! Seth gave me good ideas when redoing my kitchen! We are so happy the way it looks and would definitely use them again! Seth was always available when I needed to speak with him! They are great I give them an A++++.

Seth had several creative suggestions during the estimate process that other companies did not have, such as the addition of a bookcase, an angled upper cabinet, and shifting a cabinet up that was too low. I was also impressed that the countertop selection was extensive and for the same price, whereas other vendors charged extra for the “premium” colors. Once I ordered the project, it took about two months for the materials to arrive and the cabinets refaced and installed. They added an additional box above each cabinet and then installed the new longer doors, making the kitchen look taller. Then the countertop subcontractor (Countertop Design) came to measure for the new counters. The counters arrived about 10 days later. The installers carved into one wall to get the counter to fit rather than cutting down the side of the counter, causing extensive damage to a wall that I was not planning on tiling over. The plumbers came two days after that to install the new sink and hookup the filtration system I had purchased myself. The new sink drain is located further back than my old one, so they used a flexible accordion drain pipe rather than moving the pipe. I am not sure how this plastic piece will hold up in the long run, as I am thinking grease etc. will get stuck in the folds. About a week and a half after that the tiling guys came to install the herringbone backsplash I had purchased myself. So in total, the work took six days, (plus a couple of half days for miscellaneous visits like the measuring of the counters and installation of a door that had arrived in the wrong size) spread out over 5 weeks. It looks gorgeous. I am very happy with the results, and would highly recommend U.S. Cabinet Refacing.

It was a real pleasure to deal with Seth and his team. First, the workers are artisans--real craftsmen. They take pride in their work and did everything to perfection. The results are stunning. I had reservations about refacing as I have seen some refacing jobs that looked really awful. I looked into a totally new kitchen but was hesitant due to time restraints. However, my old cabinets were made of walnut and were built on premises, so I was very hesitant to just rip them out and replace them with something of inferior quality. My kitchen looks amazing--it looks like a completely new kitchen. In addition to refacing the cabinets, I had Cambria Quartz countertops put in and a new backsplash was installed (I purchased the tile). Seth and Rick were always responsive to me and when I added a few things as the work was being done, they were very open to doing it and were reasonable. I could not be happier with my new kitchen and highly recommend US Cabinets. The results are very impressive. My old 1970's kitchen now looks contemporary and well, new. I am very pleased (and am not that easy to please!). Oh, an all work was completed within three weeks!

Excellent! Worker were professional and responsive and guaranteed all work done. We had work done a few years ago. I need some work done on cabinets and they made the time to come back and did stand behind there work and there guarantee. Seth was honest, Rick was great and despite extremely busy schedule still took the time to follow up and respond to request. Would recommend to family, and friends. If you do not want to go through total renovation and have solid wood cabinets great workers and great company......

Very well. From the first contact with Jon the salesman, we knew we were in good hands. Jon was always available to answer questions, returned calls immediately, and was always helpful and courteous. We chose US Cabinets because it was one-stop shopping. Not only would they handle every part of the process, they brought all the samples right to us! No trolling through granite yards or searching for door pulls. A large variety of materials (quartz/granite samples, cabinet doors, drawer pulls/handles etc.) were broughtto our home for us to select from and Seth, the owner, who came to do the measuring, was amenable and accommodated any reasonable requests we made. They made the whole process super easy for us. Most impressive was the team that came to reface the cabinets. Shiva and Craig arrived punctually on a Monday morning and began the demo work. Parts and supplies were delivered to them, as needed, while they worked and by Thursday morning they had put in the new cabinets and refaced all the old ones. They worked neatly and quietly and always checked in with us about any decisions that needed to be made along the way, showing us how they usually do things and then offering an alternative, if that wasn't what we wanted. Some very minor quibbles: I wished I'd known we would be without a sink until the counter tops were in place and that the new stove needed to be in place before the counter tops could be measured. Also wished I'd known that we needed to supply our own grout for the back splash installer (We did buy the tiles as Seth's price included installation only of back splash, so I guess it makes sense, but it would've been nice to know beforehand. ) Also, we requested rounded edges on the counter tops and they arrived squared. We were told it was no big deal because they could do it while they were there. The problem with that is that these guys were not anywhere near as meticulous as Shiva and co., so there was a lot of fine quartz dust covering the entire kitchen and surrounding areas making a lot of unnecessary clean up for us. Note to counter top guys: do your corner grinding on your own premises please. (FYI: These were subcontractors.) As I said, these were just minor quibbles and mostly had to do with the subcontracted parts of the job. The cabinet installation itself ran like a very well-oiled machine and was most impressive to behold. Most importantly, the end result is absolutely stunning and I heartily recommend Seth and U.S. Cabinets and would certainly use them again!

Sheva and Clint are very good at what they do. They worked all day, almost 2 full days to get the job done. Very thorough and very nice work. Thank you very much, we so needed this! Great job!!

They were prompt and everything and more was done as written in contact. Their design advice was excellent as was the work done. They were easy to work with. They don't do sheet rocking but what little needed to be done was easy enough. One of the doors sent to them was the wrong size and there were a few other small things needed to be completed. They told me to hold some money back. when the door came they replaced it and did whatever else we thought need to be done.\. There was never any disagreements and again, it was a pleasure to work with them. My wife and I are extremely happy with the kitchen. We would definitely recommend U.S Cabinet Refacing

The work that was performed was exceptional and the kitchen looks fantastic. Just as important, the entire process from first contact to last was seamless and timely. Everything was delivered on time and on budget. Seth is the owner of this company. I contacted him through Angie's List and he responded promptly. He is a very personable and professional gentleman and I enjoyed doing business with him. He showed up at the appointed hour and explained the entire refacing process to me. He showed me samples of the doors and drawers fronts. After I chose what I wanted, he quoted me a price for the whole job that I found to be extremely fair. Since my wife had been unexpectedly called away for work I asked him if he would be willing to come back again to meet her and he readily agreed. The second encounter with Seth went just as smoothly. My wife liked him as much as I had at our first meeting and there was no "fudging" about his initial price estimate. After finalization of all the details we signed the contract (very straightforward) and he told us that it would be 3-4 weeks before the doors and drawer fronts would be ready. He also said that the project would take 3 -4 days to complete. In fact, the waiting period was more like 2 1/2 weeks which was splendid. He gave me the date and his two installers showed up promptly at the appointed time. They brought their equipment up in the elevator, "sealed" off the kitchen with tarps and got right down to work. These guys were polite and professional and very respectful of the fact that they were in our home. You could see that they were used to working with each other doing this kind of work. They worked hard and quickly but everything was done with an eye towards perfection. They completed our project in 2 long days. Everything was cleaned when they left and all of the trash went with them. When I met with Seth he told me that his installers all worked for him for many years, that he didn't use subcontractors and that whichever crew started the project would finish it. He was true to his word. We are both amazed at how wonderful the kitchen now looks. I would recommend this company without hesitation. I would like to thank Seth and his installers for the wonderful job they did.

The good: I picked a medium brown cherry finish with copper handles and a quartz counter top with copper speck in it. When you walk into the kitchen with all the cabinet doors closed, it looks brand new, beautiful counter top, the small back splash looks a bit unfinished but you tell yourself you can live with it. Everyone is pleasant and accommodating as far as the cabinet laminating goes The not so good: -Open the doors and the cabinet frames look worse than when the job started (this is because they have to file the facing of the cabinets to smooth the edge and in the process file away the finish on the frame). I was told it was my responsibility to fix the frames -I was told my two damaged cabinets would be repaired - not done -Direction of door openings and handle position change without consulting me. Once the holes are drilled it is too late to go back so I live with that too. -appliances installed not level, all of them had to be adjusted, microwave had to be reinstalled, dishwasher connection box left with wires hanging on the floor, cover to connection box is missing. -faucet was switched without consulting, offered to install a new one if I bought a new one myself. -opening for the sink has too much stone overhanging in the sink thus reducing the size of the regular size sink (this was the counter top people's doing). Looks a little ridiculous with the goose neck faucet, I live with that too. The project started in mid August 2015, finally finished after Thanksgiving. If I was aware of all these things upfront, I would have no problem hiring them again. Just get someone else to install your appliances and a carpenter to do your repairs before and after the refacing is done and buy your own faucet. You have to monitor the work yourself because there is absolutely no quality control by anyone else. The owner never came to see any of the work after the initial estimate.

It looks great. One door was measured wrong, but they came out and corrected it within two weeks.

First let me start off by saying that Seth must have the patience of a Saint! What started out for me as simply "I need to get a new stove" ended by being a total kitchen renovation of which Seth and his great company were an integral part. Going into this "Adventure" I hadn't a clue and kept changing my mind on exactly what I wanted. Seth handled all my "Whims" with professionalism and aplomb. From my last second before the deadline change in the color of the cabinets to my sudden need for a brand new sink cabinet only days before the work was to be done, when it was discovered that the original cabinet was too damaged to be salvaged. To be sure I was very apprehensive of the whole venture but the job done by Seth and his crew in the end made all my apprehension disappear. What a difference my cabinets look!!! I could not be happier. Gone are the sad looking 1970's horrors and in there place are "WOW" looking beautifully resurfaced, easy to clean gems. The work was completed in a much shorter time then I though it would be and his crew removed and hauled away the old cabinets that had to be replaced and left my place spotless. Seth worked with me on price and made the project happen within my budget. I'm glad that I found Seth and his company and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning this kind of work.

I am beyond satisfied with the work done. It went exactly as promised. scheduling was perfect. everything arrived on the date promised. everything was done exactly according to the scheduled laid out to me at the start of the job. I didn't think anyone would be as organized and exacting as I am but I was wrong. the job came off perfectly, on time and on budget. no surprises, no excuses, nothing. anyone on the fence about using this company doesn't need to be. they were beyond expectations. I could go on and on but I think the message is clear. this is the way to go for your kitchen remodel with the least amount of trouble, expense and mess to your home. I am so glad I chose U.S. cabinet refacing for my job. I highly recommend them to anyone.

They never showed up for our scheduled appointment. I called them several times throughout the day, but never heard back from them. Once they did call back, they said they were not scheduled to come out on that specific day we had scheduled. They were given a check on October 2 for $1200.00 for making the cabinets, and they were to hold that check for 72 hours (NY state law) and they cashed the check with 24 hours. They also never informed us that the cabinets they were going to put in our home were made of plastic. I will be trying to get a refund due to breach on number 10 in our contract.

I love my new kitchen! Seth understood exactly what I wanted and he DELIVERED! It was a pleasure doing business with US Cabinet!!!
