Smart Choice Contracting was indeed a “smart choice” for me. After having several companies give me estimates my decision ultimately came down to me feeling confident that Mike and his crew would repair/replace my roof as promised. They were professional and efficient...and it looks great!

The Owner of Smart Choice Contracting Mike Falco gave me the most honest quote. (3) other contractors tried to sell me a new roof with Roof Vent Edge that run the length of the roof. Mike explained to me that my house should not have a Roof Vent Edge because it was not designed to work in it. My house did not have the proper vents at the base of the roof to allow proper air circulation. He recommended an attic fan which I went with. Mike is very honest and Professional. Mike' roofing team and foreman are friendly and professional. They work fast and they clean up afterwards very well. My roof looks great. I will use Mike for my roofing needs from now on.

I have had roof work done before in the past and not a big fan of contractors dropping off a team of workers and disappearing especially on big job sites. I am quite particular when it comes to my home and expect a high level of quality workmanship. Mike the owner made me promises and delivered on each. I have a big roof which required at least two days with 6-8 men on my roof. They were on time daily, cleaned up as promised and Mike was on site almost every step of the way addressing any questions and issues that I had concerns with. I feel confident in recommending this company to family and friends and that's not an easy hurdle for me to get over. Good Job Smart Choice.

It was a very big job. It was excellent, they were on time, they work very well together, very quick in completing the job in 10 hours. They did an excellent cleaned up, excellent production to spell out every single thing they're doing. We were very pleased.

Very professional company. Mike came over for the estimate and sat down with my husband and I to explain every aspect of the job. His price was in the middle of the 3 estimates we received. Two weeks later Mike and his crew came bright and early to do the job. Seven hours later he had the whole roof removed and replaced. Everything was cleaned up like they were never there. We are extremely happy and look forward to having them replace our siding next year.

I hired them 2x. Once for the roof, I got several quotes. Everyone had a different idea if what needed to be done. They gave me two options and we went with a whole new roof. We had a flat roof done on the back extension and shingles done on the house. It looks great and I have had zero problems with it. They did the job quickly and cleaned up well after it was done. Later I called them to fix some siding in the garage and that also looks great. They were able to match the siding I had and I've had no issues with the garage since the repair.
