Prestige Garage

Had a date scheduled to have garage floor epoxy applied. Prestige cancelled without my knowledge. I called to confirm the date and was told I needed to reschedule and I stated I could not as my calendar was booked solid through July. I asked for a refund of the 50% deposit until we can reschedule since it would be months. He stated no refund I needed to be flexible with rescheduling even though the deposit was to hold the date. Matt Miller then proceeded to yell and say I don't care you are not getting your money back since I already got the money from PayPal. He them proceeded to hang up on me. I made a complaint and started a dispute to receive my refund back as I didn't cancel he did and his poopr professionalism needed to be shared.

We asked for a quote on redoing our garage. The owner talked with us about the project, and came to our house a couple of times to have in-person discussions. The quote came in over our expectations, and we decided to do the garage in wallboard, rather than slatwall, which we decided was overkill for our needs. His response in an e-mail reply, which I have saved, was "Wow, after all the work I put in for your benefit, I'm shocked! No words can express my dissatisfaction with you and your wife!" I don't expect this type of response from any business, even after not being awarded a contract. I expect the project would have been completed in a professional manner, based on the photos he provided, but I obviously can't comment on my personal experience with a completed project.

It was good, however I did call them back about a repair and they didn't seem all that interested. We did have some spots on the floor and I called to inquire about them, and he responded by asking me to send some pictures instead of coming out immediately to see what was wrong.
