+ -1 moreTHE MAJORITY OF THE TIME WHEN POSEIDON COMES MY HUSBAND IS HOME. I AM CERTAIN THAT IF HE DID NOT LIKE THEIR SERVICES HE WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN. THEY HAVE BEEN OUT TO OUR HOME MORE THAN ONCE. THEY DO WHAT THEIR SUPPOSED TO DO AND ARE ALWAYS ON TIME.
Description of Work: I HAVE MY SPA WINTERIZED SEASONALLY. THEY PROVIDE CHEMICALS, BLOW OUT THE AIR LINES AND EITHER COVER OR UNCOVER THE SPA.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE IS WONDERFUL. THE WORKERS COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND DO WHAT THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO DO. WE'VE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS AND RECEIVE ADVICE ABOUT CLEANING THE FILTERS. WE'RE VERY PLEASED.
Description of Work: OUR SPA WAS CLOSED FOR THE WINTER.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE A VERY DEPENDABLE COMPANY. BETWEEN MY MOTHER AND I, WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR TWENTY SOME YEARS NOW. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS. I TRUST THEM MORE THAN ANY POOL COMPANY THERE IS.
Description of Work: THE POOLS HAD IT'S WATER PUMPED AND CLEANED OUT. IT ALSO GOT A COVER PUT ON.

+ -1 morePOSEIDON POOL DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF GETTING MY POOL READY FOR THE SUMMER. THE STAFF TOLD ME THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE COVER AND THERE WAS NOT. THEY DUMPED THE LEAVES INTO MY POOL AND THEN WANTED TO CHARGE MORE TO REMOVE THEM.

+ -1 morePOSEIDON POOL & SPA SERVICE IS AN OKAY COMPANY. THEY HAVE NICE SPAS. THEY HAD TO COME BACK BECAUSE THERE WAS A PROBLEM, BUT THEY CAME BACK WITH NO PROBLEMS TO FIX IT.

+ -1 moreI HAVE NOT BEEN OVERLY THRILLED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SPA SINCE I GOT IT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AVERAGE, AND THEY DO NOT DO ANY MORE THAN IS NECESSARY. THE REPAIRS ON THE SPA HAVE BEEN FINE.
Description of Work: THE WATER PRESSURE FROM THE JETS SEEMED TO BE LESS THAN NORMAL. THE SERVICE INCLUDED AN INSPECTION OF THE SPA, AND MAINTENANCE TO RESTORE THE PRESSURE TO THE JETS.
