+ 0 moreBeing a contractor my self [Architectural Metalwork] I found this approach to be distasteful and not very professional.
Description of Work: Two guys showed up, did not show a very high degree of knowledge or professionalism. When asked for a price they said and I quote "we will beat any other price by $ 500!"

Description of Work: Joe installed some tile for us in our new home, remove stucco from the walls, and refinishing wooden floors.
