+ 0 moreThe project went great! The owner is onsite during all work. Works fast and neat. I little pricey compared to other estimates I rec'd, but I could just tell he knew his stuff...a pro. So...you get what you pay for, and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. All patio, brickwork, break up of old and replacement and enlargement done fast and neat. I would definately recommend and will use him again for future plans.

Description of Work: The person arrived for landscape consultation and was very nice. We discussed ideas fora patio in the yard and one next to the porch. I asked for a quote and am still waiting 2 months later. Disappointing.

+ 3 moreThe Libardi team did a great job. Piero was here on the job with his team, and they were neat, did great work and were professional and thorough. They worked all day, arriving early and usually here when I returned from work. They got the job done when they said they would, and within a few days. They did overall an outstanding job and we would highly recommend Libardi.
Description of Work: Rebuilt our front porch and steps, repaired loose bricks in our path and did some repointing on the wall of our porch, due to leakage that was going into the garage. Also put in a lamp postand removed a shrub.

+ 1 moreUnfortunately, his estimate far exceeded our budget. If our finances were better we would have used his services. His estimate was not unreasonable, just too much for us. We decided to downsize and use a family contact.
Description of Work: Piero came to our home and evaluated the property for staircase, side yard patio walkway and also a back yard patio which included a pavilion. He was very professional offering many suggestions and pictures of his work.

He took 45 minutes to an hour which I though was great. He was very personable. He sent me an email very fast and atomized every detail very well.
